Please register your intention to attend or apologies through our website: no later than 7 December A.D The registration page will give you additional information on the venue, parking options and the signposting of the venue. N.B. In order to have the registration run smoothly, make use only of the website with regards to your registration or apologies, and remarks. 2. In the morning preceding the Divisional Conclave at 10h30 a meeting of Schola Palatina Conclave no. 509 will take place, to which all members of the Division are invited. This meeting will include (i) instruction on the use of the sword by the Divisional Sepulchre Guard, (ii) instruction for Conclave Marshals, Senior and Junior Generals, Herald etc. on the correct use of the sword during conclave meetings, and (iii) the correct way of handling the Roman swords and the bible during the opening and closing. The instruction will be given by the Deputy Intendant-General, V.Ill.Kt. Werner Maria Schwab, P.G.H.Chancellor. 3. Business papers for the afternoon Assembly will be sent in due time to all members. 4. To partake in the lunch (Bread Rolls, Croquette, Salad, Coffee, Milk, and Orange Juice) will be at a cost of To partake in the dinner will be at cost of inclusive of 2 glasses of wine The Divisional Treasurer much appreciates to receive your payments in advance in the Divisional bank account (details overleaf). Please note: Cancellations of reservations for luncheon and/or dinner are possible without costs until 7 th December After this date, all ordered meals will have to be paid for, whether they are taken or not. 5. Tokens for Wine and Beverages to be sold at 2.00 each. Furthermore, 1 token per drink and 2 for foreign spirits. 6. Knights who are not involved in the processions will take their seats by 13.30h 7. The start of the Annual Assembly of the Benelux Division will be 14.00h sharp. The proceedings will finish around 15.30h 8. Aperitif and Dinner will commence after 15.30h; ending approximately 18.00h. 9.
