Motion passed to allow Campus clubs to participate in awards, voting, discussions etc. The motion was against the operating by laws. It is the duty as Rules of Order to call the motion out of order. Guy made a Notice of Motion: ***Notice of Motion: To direct the incoming District Executive to amend the District 4 Bylaws to include a provision for appointing a District Governor team in the event no qualified team comes forward. - Withdrawn as this is already in the bylaws.
