Bring your pages to FLC. New Business Guy Smith re: District by-laws and what happen in the event no one steps up for Vice Governors. Guy made a Notice of Motion: ***Notice of Motion: To direct the incoming District Executive to amend the District 4 Bylaws to include a provision for appointing a District Governor team in the event no qualified team comes forward. - Withdrawn as this is already in the bylaws. Unfinished Business Return of regalia By Sara Wengryn, Kinette Club of Stettler:Return of the gavels: to the Kinette Club of Edmonton and Kinette Club of Stettler.
