1 2018 Coal Export Forum, Reception & Golf Outing May 16 & 17, 2018 The HRCA s 37th annual Spring Reception and Golf Outing will once again be held at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Both events, along with the Coal Export Forum, provide an excellent opportunity to meet and socialize with others in the industry and the many companies and people who support it. Business attire is required for the forum and reception. 2 Golf Outing The outing is a scramble format to be held at the Heron Ridge Golf Club. A luncheon and awards ceremony will be held at the club house immediately following the end of play. ** Soft spikes and proper golf attire required. ** Date: Thursday, May 17, 2018 Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Breakfast 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Lunch and awards from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Location: Heron Ridge Golf Club 2973 Heron Ridge Drive, Virginia Beach, VA The CSX Corporation is generously sponsoring lunch.
