1 2014 Spring Reception & Golf Outing May 14 and 15, 2014 The HRCA s 33rd annual Spring Reception and Golf Outing will commence with a reception at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This event provides an excellent setting to socialize with others in the coal industry and those who support it. Heavy hors d oeuvres will be served along with an open bar. Business attire is required. Spring Reception Date: Wednesday, May 14, :30 8:30 p.m. Location: Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Peacock Ballroom B & C Reception beverages are sponsored by Norfolk Southern Reception entertainment is sponsored by the HRCA Coal Export Seminar Date: Thursday, May 15, :00 10:30 a.m. Location: Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Peacock Ballroom C The annual seminar will have Paul Reagan (SAI) moderating the following panel: Adam Anderson (Armstrong Coal) Craig Blinke (CSX) Mike Dodson (Kinder Morgan) Finn Host (T. Parker Host) A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided in the ballroom foyer from 8:00 9:00 a.m. This forum is free of charge and open to anyone who would like to attend. 2 Golf Outing The golf outing this year is at the Virginia Beach National Golf Club with a Florida Best Ball format. There will be an awards ceremony at the club house immediately following the end of play. CSXT is sponsoring lunch prior to the shotgun start. Date: Thursday, May 15, 2014 Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. Location: Virginia Beach National Golf Club 2500 Tournament Drive, Virginia Beach, VA ** Soft spikes and proper golf attire are required ** Among the gifts at the outing, the HRCA will be giving away a moisture-wicking, weather-resistant pullover. Please be sure to provide the size(s) for you and your guests on the Registration List (pg. 5).!! Sizes must be submitted to the HRCA no later than April 15!!
