8 KEY INFO REGARDING ACCOMMODATIONS This year, accommodations will be handled by the experienced team at Innisbrook Resort. Registered participants will contact the resort with any questions, concerns or issues related to your accommodations. Upon acceptance of the tournament registration form and payment of the Tournament Registration Fee, the participant will be added to our Tournament Roster. Registered participants will then be provided with a customized link to book accommodations in the BMWGA room block at Innisbrook. Every Participant must register and pay the registration fee prior to being placed on the hotel roster. A room cannot be held for an unregistered room mate. Please designate ONE roommate from your group to reserve a room on behalf or your group. This designated roommate will be charged a one-night deposit to reserve the room. The price for accommodations will vary based on the type of room selected. The per night fee will be divided across the number of guests in each room. Rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Your preferred room type may not be available when you reserve a room. Rooms and suites have different configurations. Detailed descriptions of each available room type will be provided on the Innisbrook site. Additional accommodations at the BMWGA room rates will be available to registered participants for as many as 3 days prior to the Tournament and/or up to 3 days following. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for each additional night of stay. Following the initial room reservation, each individual player will need to contact the hotel directly to pay the balance of their accommodations and golf package no later than March 15, We will have a limited number of Offsite packages. Those will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. 8
