Scottsdale, AZ We would like to take a moment to thank you for your support of our annual golf event. Enclosed is the policy and procedures for product sampling and donations at Friday s golf tournament. 2 General Information for sampling & donations General Information: There will be 250 Participants If you are participating as a hole sponsor, you will receive your specific hole number 1 week prior to the event. Do not send tournament merchandise or donations to the Western Refining Office In order for US Tournament Golf to properly expedite your generous contribution, Please send USTG a brief description and the amount to: playgolf@ustournamentgolf.com If you are participating as an approved hole sponsor, your staff, pop-ups and merchandise will be delivered to your hole by the Golf Club Staff. Due to the limited number of golf carts, you will not receive your own personal golf cart. Shuttles will be available if you need access to the clubhouse. You will be shuttled to your specific hole between the hours from 6:00 am 7:45 am. Each hole will have 1 table and 2 chairs. Staff will be available at 5:30 am the day of the event. Delivery of product samples must be delivered to the course: between Monday April 11th to Thursday April 14th, before 12:00pm No glass bottles permitted We ask that you do not deliver your merchandise the samples because of 8:00am start Donation Delivery Location & shipping label information Attention: Golf Tournament Donation for April 15th Western Refining Golf Outing 9998 E. 3 Policy & Procedures Donation of Snacks, Giveaways at Registration Please deliver the product the day before the event (Thursday April 14, 2016) to the attention of Dru Ross at the Talking Stick Golf Club. Please include backup paperwork stating it is for the Western Refining Golf Event, Friday April 15th. Please send to Bob Harrington, Event coordinator (see contact information below) in regards to your product description. Your sample will be handed out at registration Do not deliver product the morning of the Fridays event. Non alcoholic donated beverages are allowed without restrictions Non alcoholic donated beverages such as water, energy drinks and soft drinks can be delivered to the course. Please deliver the product to the attention of Dru Ross at the. Please include backup paperwork stating it is for the Western Refining Golf Event, Friday April 15th Participation as an onsite Hole Sponsor Liquid or perishable product must be delivered to the golf course. ( see required delivery times) Liquid Beverages: If you plan on using your company barrel to display your merchandise please deliver it the day you deliver your merchandise. Ice will be provided and delivered to your specific hole the day of the event. If we are displaying your product in general display barrels we have barrels if needed. Please inform US Tournament Golf at the time of your participation correspondence. For Vendors who participated at last years event, the procedures have not changed. Alcohol policy will not allow any outside alcohol to be brought onto the property, including alcohol donated product. Talking Stick will allow a liquor distributor/distiller to come onto the property to sample alcohol. How to sample alcohol on the golf course The distributor/distiller must contact Dru Ross at,12 days before the event to arrange and purchase sampling alcohol through Talking Stick Golf Course. This policy is based on state, county and golf course regulations. Contact: Food & Beverage Manager: Dru Ross: dross@centurygolf.com ( ) ( preferred) On the day of the event the actual distributor/distiller must be onsite at the tasting. On the day of the event Talking Stick Staff will place product in iced barrels and deliver it to your designated hole. You will need to provide your own cups. Alcohol sampling guidelines: Hard Alcohol: 1 Brand, 1oz sample per brand. Total product needed based on 144 Players (3 bottles) Beer: 2 Brands, 4oz sample per brand. Total Product needed based on 144 Players (2 cases of each brand) If a group or hole sponsor chooses to bring in their own alcohol, it will be confiscated and the group will be escorted off property.
