6 ANNUAL GOLF OUTING SPONSORSHIPS Get lucky at CBAO s 2018 Golf Outing! This year s casino themed Outing promises a challenging course to test your skill, and your will. Throughout the event we'll be featuring fun and funky contests across the course, photo ops, team competitions, food and drinks, meet & greets, and more! Get in on the fun and feature your company through one of our sponsorship opportunities. Each sponsorship includes: Round of golf for (1) participant List of golfers and contact information post-convention Logo included in convention & golf print material Logo and link to website on convention website and social media (1) non-golfer pass for a company representative to be stationed at sponsored tee box to hand out promotional marketing material and/or to participate in contest execution GOLF CONTESTS - $300 / $500 each Only 8 holes left! With this sponsorship, we'll pack your cart full of beverages and snacks to drive around the course to deliver to the group. Be sure to decorate the cart with your company branding and have promo items on board to give out while you're meeting and greeting everyone (may we suggest lunch bags with branded water, golf balls, water bottles filled with candy, etc.). SWAG BAGS - $1,000 / $1,600 SOLD! With this sponsorship, your marketing is in the bag! Each golfer will receive a bag of goodies at the start of the tournament. We'll customize the bag with your branding, and stuff it with necessary golf amenities, snacks, your promo item(s) you want included, and a golf-inspired contact sheet. TEAM TROPHY SPONSORSHIP - $1,000 / $1,600 We'll be recognizing the winners during our afternoon exhibit hours on Thursday. We will include your company name on the trophy, have branded signage throughout the event, and a representative from your company is encouraged to award the winning team with the trophy during the presentation. BRAND NEW! HIRE A PRO - $2,500 / $4,000 There comes a time in every golfer s life where they stand at a tee box (or bunker), survey their shot and wish they could call a pro to sub in. Well, you could give them that chance. We re working with our course to bring in a pro (collegiate, Web.com or PGA) to come out and offer our golfers a chance to Hire A Pro. We ll have the pro ride around in a cart and show up throughout the day to surprise our golfers with a chance to tag them in. The CBAO team will take pictures and send to you post-event.
