2 INTRODUCTION We are thrilled to announce that the Ottawa-Gatineau GOLFEXPO has a brand new home and a brand new look! On March 10th and 11th the Capital Exhibition Centre will play host to Eastern Ontario s premier consumer golf show. This state of the art facility offers 90,000 square feet of show space, fabulous amenities, ample parking and is located adjacent to the Ottawa MacDonald-Cartier International Airport. The 2012 Ottawa - Gatineau GOLFEXPO will offer sponsors and exhibitors a first-class opportunity to showcase their products and services in this spectacular new facility. Every spring, thousands of avid golfers come out to the show to kick off another exciting season. Nowhere else will you find so many potential customers in one location! Exhibit booths start at 100 square feet and can be customized to fit your needs. Please review the 2012 rate card information and be sure to take advantage of our free upgrade for returning exhibitors. In addition there are many different opportunities to drive visitors to your booth through special promotions and sponsorship opportunities. We would be happy to discuss these opportunities with you. Immediately following the close of the show on Saturday March 10th, a reception will be held for all exhibitors and sponsors. IMPORTANT NOTES Subletting is prohibited. No exhibitor may allocate, sublet or share, fully or in part, his or her attributed space. All requests for equipment other than that provided by the show s decorator or promoter must be submitted in advance for approval. The show s committee reserves legal authority on products to be showcased and may prohibit the exhibition of certain products. 3
