1 Introduction We at Southern Turf Management have a simple mission at it is simply put as a passionate group, striving for excellence within the turf industry. Southern Turf Management spesializes in the field of turf grass maintenance and our portfolio also includes the maintenance of private schools and estates. Our company also has a construction arm and our services includes golf course construction, sport field construction and minor landscape projects that are associated with our contracts. Southern Turf Management prides itself on profesionalism, integrety, commitment and the fact that we have not lost a contract in 10 years. Our extented family consists of very passionate members from the Directors right down to the newest member of our team. This passion is instilled through our vision, training and the direct involvement of the Directors with all our partners for we strongly believe in building partnerships with all our clients. Company Structure The company is managed by a board of Directors and the company consists of four divisions. The company was established on the first of March 2003 and our main business is turf grass maintenance, associated construction and landscape maintenance.

3 Main Executives Thomas Frederick Bolton-started the company in 2003 and has 20 years of experience in turf grass maintenance. Ellen Bolton- joined the company in 2004 and is in charge of all administration and legal matters. Jacobus Mentz- joined the company in 2009 and brought vast golf course construction experience and 19 years of turf grass maintenance to the table.
