ROCKET RIDE (4) was hampered rounding the top turn when TOP FLASH (8) was moving across to take the lead. ROCKET RIDE (4) was examined by the GWIC Veterinary Surgeon and no apparent injury was found. Rounding the top turn JACK WHELAN (1) shifted out colliding with ALLONSY FLYNN (8) who then bumped SPENDER BEACH (7) both ALLONSY FLYNN (8) and SPENDER BEACH fell at the turn entering the home straight. ALLONSY FLYNN (8) was examined by the GWIC Veterinary Surgeon and found to have fractured an off-side radius ulna and was humanely euthanized. SPENDER BEACH (7) was examined by the GWIC Veterinary Surgeon and no apparent injury was found.
