After viewing the video replay and considering submissions from connections, Stewards issued an endorsement against AMERICAN HUSTLE [2] for Failing to Pursue the lure under GAR 69A. As this is the greyhounds first offence under this rule AMERICAN HUSTLE [2] is suspended from racing at Richmond for 28days and until completing a satisfactory trial at Richmond under GAR 72. AMERICAN HUSTLE [2] is also suspended from all other tracks until completing a satisfactory trial under GAR 72.
