After viewing the video replay, connection agreed with steward s observations that the greyhound had eased in the home turn. Stewards subsequently issued a Fail to Pursue endorsement against VISTA LIGHTNING [8] under GAR 69A(1) first offence. The greyhound is suspended from racing until completing a satisfactory trial under GAR 69A(2)(a).
