Random elect pre race samples are to be obtained from SON OF RUM Race 4 No. 4, and INDIANA MANGO Race 11 No. 6. Stewards permitted BIG RAINBOW Race 4 No. 5 to compete under GAR 39(2). The greyhound last started on 17/3/18 at the weight of 31.3kgs, and was presented tonight at 33.3kgs.

4 RACE REPORTS RACE 1 COMMERCIAL PAINTING GROUP MAIDEN 400M WINNER FLASH LOGIE( 2 ) FLASH LOGIE( 2 ) jumped smartly and led throughout. ZIPPING LUKE( 3 ), and BIG DAZZA( 5 ), were slow to begin. EXCITABILITY( 10 ) was checked off the heels of BOLTON BABE( 6 ), at the first turn, with EXCITABILITY( 10 ) losing ground hampering ZIPPING LUKE( 3 ), and BIG DAZZA( 5 ). COMPLETE RUN ON ¼ x

5 RACE 2 LADBROKES BACK YOURSELF STAES 5 TH GRADE 450M WINNER ZIPPING MACK( 1 ) FRAN SANNETTE( 7 ) began quickly. ZIPPING MACK( 1 ) was slow to begin. VICTORY PRINCESS( 2 ), SHARNIE( 4 ), CHEEKY TUNES( 5 ), and FRAN SANNETTE( 7 ) collided at the first turn, causing all four runners to lose ground, SHARNIE( 4 ), and CHEEKY TUNES( 5 ) worst affected. VICTORY PRINCESS( 2 ) checked CHEEKY TUNES( 5 ) in the home straight. COMPLETE RUN ON ¼ x

6 RACE 3 MAITLAND TO WENTY HEAT 1 5 TH GRADE 450M WINNER BECKS( 8 ) BECKS( 8 ) was slow to begin. JETHROWTULL( 5 ) checked SCOTT NO GO( 3 ) approaching the first turn, with SCOTT NO GO( 3 ) losing ground hampering THEY KNOW WHO( 4 ). BECKS( 8 ) in running to the lead on the circle checked STRATAVON KASEY( 6 ), causing STRATAVON KASEY( 6 ) to lose ground checking ANOTHER PINCH( 2 ), SCOTT NO GO( 3 ), and JETHROWTULL( 5 ). From this incident, ANOTHER PINCH( 2 ), and SCOTT NO GO( 3 ) lost considerable ground. 7 RACE 4 KANKOOL PET FOOD STAKES 5 TH GRADE 400M WINNER SCOTT NOTHING( 8 ) BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) raced wide soon after the start checking MY KINLOCH( 6 ), and REBEL KANE( 7 ). BIG RAINBOW( 5 ), and MY KINLOCH( 6 ) came together in the run to the first turn, both losing ground. BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) lost ground on the circle and commenced to tail out. MY KINLOCH( 6 ) raced wide at the home turn, losing ground. BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) raced wide in the home straight. BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) was vetted and was found to be injured in the off side hind leg. 14 Days Certificate issued. Stewards spoke to the trainer of BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) regarding the weight he presented the greyhound at tonight. Of concern was the form of the greyhound when raced around a similar weight previously, when generally under performing. Mr Garrard informed Stewards that BIG RAINBOW( 5 ) had a testicle removed since it last raced, and had spent a considerable amount of time in a yard post surgery recuperating. Mr Garrard further stated that he was satisfied with the greyhound s fitness leading into tonight, having trialled reasonably in preparation for tonight s race. Stewards noted Mr Garrard s comments and took no further action other action other than to impose the recommended incapacitation period. 8 RACE 5 MAITLAND TO WENTY HEAT 2 5 TH GRADE 450M WINNER FALCON FLIES( 1 ) BRAEMAN( 4 ) checked LEN S PICK( 2 ), and NICK S NEVER( 3 ) in the run to the first turn with LEN S PICK( 2 ), and NICK S NEVER( 3 ), losing ground. FLAVENA( 8 ) checked NICK S NEVER( 3 ) at the first turn, with NICK S NEVER( 3 ) losing further ground. TEE TANGA( 6 ) galloped on the back of POINT AND RUN( 5 ) on the circle, causing both runners to fall. LEN S PICK( 2 ) was checked off the heels of FLAVENA( 8 ) approaching the home turn.
