2 LATE WITHDRAWALS RACE 8 RACE 8 A veterinary examination of SHOEHACKER (2) when the greyhounds were removed from the kennels revealed the greyhound was on season. Acting on veterinary advice the greyhound was withdrawn at 3.35pm. Connections were issued a 28-day incapacitation certificate for the SHOEHACKER (2). A veterinary examination of MISTER PURPLE (8) during kennelling revealed the greyhound had a laceration on its offside hind foot. Acting on veterinary advice the greyhound was withdrawn at 2.50pm. Connections were issued a 10-day incapacitation certificate for the MISTER PURPLE (8). A public announcement was made prior to the first event, advising all winners would be swabbed at the direction of the Chairman of Stewards TRIALS PERFORMANCE QUALIFYING TRIAL 1 400M 1 DUNNA RUNNA 34.4 kg Passed 3 SILVER PEG 33.2 kg Passed 5 EXHIBIT AYE 24.3 kg Passed SILVER PEG (3) was slow to begin. 4 RACE 2 GARDENS STAFF APPRECIATION HEAT ONE 5 TH GDE 400M WINNER TRULY DOMINANT (1) TRULY DOMINANT (1) jumped smartly and led all the way. TURBO DIDDLE (7) was slow to begin. PETER S BABE (4) and SONGAR WILDFIRE (5) had to check, on the turn into the back straight. PETER S BABE (4), SONGAR WILDFIRE (5), TURBO DIDDLE (7) and DOUBLE HOPE (8) came together in the back straight, causing SONGAR WILDFIRE (5) to fall. 5 RACE 4 WINNER NEWY COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION HEAT THREE 5 TH GDE 400M PRONTO(2) SNAP ONE OFF (4), FREEWAY REAGAN (7) and BONE JARRER (8) were slow to begin. POPPY BRANN (5) hampered TARO TRON (3), on the turn into the back straight. Shortly after, LOFTY MORROW (1), POPPY BRANN (5) and DOUBLE AYE (6) came together, worst affected was POPPY BRANN (5). As a result of this incident, TARO TRON (3), SNAP ONE OFF (4), FREEWAY REAGAN (7) and BONE JARRER (8) had to check. Worst affected was TARO TRON (3). MISS BINDI (9), EZY MOVER (2), DOLLY BRANN (3) and TWIN ONE (4) collided on the turn into the back straight, causing DOLLY BRANN (3) to fall. As a result of this incident, WISP BALE (6) which was trailing fell and MIA KATHRYN (7) and DYNAMIC GOODWIN (8) were severely checked. MISS BINDI (9) hampered DYNAMIC GOODWIN (8), entering the home straight. DOLLY BRANN (3) and WISP BALE (6) were examined by the club s veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found. 6 RACE 6 DA-ICE COM.AU WENTY HEAT ONE GARDENS WENTY HEAT ONE 5 TH GDE 515M WINNER SCARY MARY (2) WHITE MAGIC OPAL (5) and SHILO VALLEY (6) came together, shortly after the start. Shortly after, JODY LEE KADE (3) shifted out hampering BRUSKEY (9). SHEZZA GIRL (1) shifted out and checked off the back of ME GINGER (8), on the first turn, hampering WHITE MAGIC OPAL (5). BRETT BRANN (7) raced wide passing the catching pen, when leading. JODY LEE KADE (3) and SHILO VALLEY (6) came together, in the back straight both losing ground. RACE 7 LADBROKES CASH IN WENTY HEAT TWO GARDENS WENTY HEAT TWO 5 TH GDE 515M WINNER ALLONSY FIRE (3) BLACK NEVADA (8) was slow to begin. ALLONSY FIRE (3), LACES OUT (4) and VINNEY S BRAE (5) collided in the run to the first turn, causing VINNEY S BRAE (5) to become unbalanced and lose ground. As a result of this incident, ANOTHER SPRITELY (6) had to check. Shortly after, ALLONSY FIRE (3) collided with TIME TO DAZL (2). DEMELZA (3) and SHEZA MARVEL (4) came together, shortly after the start. DEMELZA (3) hampered SHEZA MARVEL (4), TURBO BOB (5) and KINLOCH HILL (6), in the run to the first turn. TURBO BOB (5) raced wide, on the first turn. SHEZA MARVEL (4) and KINLOCH HILL (6) came together, passing the catching pen. Worst affected was SHEZA MARVEL (4). MOLLY WAFFLE (8) checked CHEETAH STEALTH (7), CLASSY BARCIA (6), HOT FUSION (5), ARCHIE WAH WAH (4), DARE EYE (3), WICKED THIS WAY (2) and NEVERLAND PIRATE (1) shortly after the start. Worst affected was ARCHIE WAH WAH (4). HOT FUSION (5) checked off the back of CHEETAH STEALTH (7) in the back straight losing ground sharply. As a result of this incident, NEVERLAND PIRATE (1) was severely checked and DARE EYE (3) and ARCHIE WAH WAH (4) were hampered. 8 RACE 10 HEDDON GRETA HOTEL HEAT SIX 5 TH GDE -400M WINNER DOMINANT DIVA (3) DOMINANT DIVA (3) jumped smartly and led all the way. EYE FEATURE (1) and BLACK SHARK (6) were slow to begin. WILLY WOODS (7) and JUNIOR TOT (8) came together on the turn into the back straight, causing JUNIOR TOT (8) to lose ground. Shortly after, EYE FEATURE (1) checked off the heels of BLACK SHARK (6). GINA SANNETTE (5) hampered DEB S PRIDE (4), on the home turn. JUNIOR TOT (8) was examined by the club s veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found.
