2 LATE WITHDRAWALS RACE REPORTS RACE 1 LADBROKES MAGIC MAIDEN SEMI FINAL ONE MXD 520M WINNER WINLOCK HUDDY (1) DIDDILEE (4) was slow to begin. PRIVATE NANGAR (3), SILVER PAYTEN (5), BOGAN WAY (6) and SUNBURNT HIGHWAY (7) came together, in the run to the first turn. Worst affected was SILVER PAYTEN (5). THAT S LIL VICKI (2) raced wide on the first turn and collided with PRIVATE NANGAR (3), causing SHARY MAE (9), BOGAN WAY (6) and SUNBURNT HIGHWAY (7) to check. Shortly after, DIDDILEE (4) and SILVER PAYTEN (5) collided. BOGAN WAY (6) checked off the back of SILVER PAYTEN (5), on the home turn. 3 RACE 2 LADBROKES MAGIC MAIDEN SEMI FINAL TWO MXD 520M WINNER MY MATE FOX (8) SHOOTERS HILL (7) was slow to begin. Shortly after the start, SHOOTERS HILL (7) eased and turned and raced in the opposite direction, before being caught at the 520 metres boxes. MY MATE FOX (8) hampered ROCKSTAR ROMEO (5), DJAY HOLDEN (4), SWEET NANGAR (2) and EMBYE (1), in the run to the first turn. NANGAR GIFT (3) and MY MATE FOX (8) collided, on the first turn. Shortly after, SWEET NANGAR (2) and DJAY HOLDEN (4) came together, hampering CHIT CHAT CHICKI (6). EMBYE (1) and NANGAR GIFT (3) came together, passing the catching pen. SWEET NANGAR (2) checked off the back of DJAY HOLDEN (4), on the turn into the back straight. CHIT CHAT CHICKI (6) hampered NANGAR GIFT (3), entering the home straight. SHOOTERS HILL (7) was examined by the veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found. Kerry Drynan, the trainer of SHOOTERS HILL (7), was questioned regarding the greyhound s action shortly after the start. Ms Drynan could offer no excuses for SHOOTERS HILL (7) easing shortly after the start and failing to finish the event. Subsequently, SHOOTERS HILL (7) was stood down from competing at Wentworth Park for 28 days under GAR 69 (2) (a), for failing to purse the lure, and the greyhound must complete one satisfactory trial with two others before returning to licensed race meetings. 4 RACE 3 LADBROKES MAGIC MAIDEN SEMI FINAL THREE MXD 520M WINNER RITZA MILLIE (2) NANGAR KASH (4) and VIVA LA BAM (8) were slow to begin. ZIPPING KRETCH (3), NANGAR KASH (4), MIDNIGHT STARLET (5), MY BRO BRUNO (6) and LOCHINVAR DEUS (7) came together, in the run to the first turn. Worst affected were NANGAR KASH (4), MIDNIGHT STARLET (5), MY BRO BRUNO (6). NANGAR KASH (4) checked off the back of MY BRO BRUNO (6) passing the catching pen, hampering VIVA LA BAM (8). LOCHINVAR DEUS (7) checked off the heels of RITZA MILLIE (2), in the back straight. On the home turn, ZIPPING KRETCH (3) hampered MIDNIGHT STARLET (5) and MY BRO BRUNO (6) shifted out, hampering LOCHINVAR DEUS (7). NANGAR KASH (4) and LOCHINVAR DEUS (7) came together, entering the home straight. COMPLETE RUN ON ¼ x ½ HD 30:47 (5:49) (14:04) RITZA MILLIE (2) was the subject of a pre race random swab.

5 RACE 4 LADBROKES MAGIC MAIDEN SEMI FINAL FOUR MXD 520M WINNER NANGAR JILL (2) In a roughly run race, DJAY DYNAMIX (4) and STEEL CITY BOXING (6) were slow to begin. NANGAR JACK (3) shifted out in the run to the first turn, hampering DJAY DYNAMIX (4). Shortly after, NANGAR ACE (9) hampered WAITOHI (8). POWER PLAYER (5) hampered NANGAR JILL (2) and LENNY THE JET (1) when crossing to the rails, approaching the first turn. On the first turn, LENNY THE JET (1), NANGAR JACK (3), DJAY DYNAMIX (4), STEELCITY BOXING (6) and NANGAR ACE (9) checked to varying degrees of interference on the first turn. Worst affected was DJAY DYNAMIX (4). LENNY THE JET (1), NANGAR JILL (2), NANGAR JACK (3) and POWER PLAYER (5) came together on the turn off the back straight, causing LENNY THE JET (1) and POWER PLAYER (5) to lose ground. As a result of this incident, STEELCITY BOXING (6) fell and DJAY DYNAMIX (4) and WAITOHI (8) had to check. NANGAR ACE (9) checked NANGAR JACK (3), entering the home straight. Shortly after, DJAY DYNAMIX (4) raced wide and marred NANGAR ACE (9) outwardly. STEELCITY BOXING (6) was examined by the veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found. Connections of DJAY DYNAMIX (4) were questioned regarding the greyhounds actions in the home straight. Connections could offer no excuses for the greyhound s actions. After making observations and viewing the race footage, stewards were comfortably satisfied that DJAY DYNAMIX (4) had marred NANGAR ACE (9) outwardly in the home straight. Subsequently, DJAY DYNAMIX (4) has been disqualified from racing at Wentworth Park or 28 days for marring, under GAR rule 69 (1) (a).the greyhound must now perform a satisfactory trial with two other greyhounds before it can be re-nominated to compete at licensed meetings. DJAY DYNAMIX (4) qualified as the second reserve on times for the Magic Maiden Final to be conducted on Saturday 31 st March. 6 RACE 5 NEW SENSATION HEAT ONE NG 520M WINNER BLOCKER TIFIA (2) BLOCKER TIFIA (2) jumped smartly and led all the way. ZIPPING MACK (7) was slow to begin and then came together with SASHAY (6) shortly after the start. SYDNEY THOMAS (5), CHEW THE FAT (4), IRINKA MILO (3) and WINSOME STRIDE (1) came together in the run to the first turn, worst affected were IRINKA MILO (3) and WINSOME STRIDE (1). SYDNEY THOMAS (5) and CHEW THE FAT (4) collided, on the first turn. As a result of this incident, IRINKA MILO (3), SASHAY (6) and KANZAN (8) had to check. Worst affected was IRINKA MILO (3). IRINKA MILO (3), SASHAY (6) and KANZAN (8) collided, on the turn into the back straight. SYDNEY THOMAS (5), SASHAY (6) and KANZAN (8) collided, entering the home straight. RACE 6 NEW SENSATION HEAT TWO NG 520M WINNER WINSOME CURRENCY (2) WINXETTE (4) was examined by the veterinary surgeon when the greyhound was removed from its race bay and passed fit to start, after its muzzle had been damaged whilst being kennelled. REALLY FAST LOVE (5) came up with the lids. MANDRAKE MAE (7) checked WINXETTE (4) on the first turn, causing TORNADO TIME (3) and MIDNIGHT JAYNE (8) to check. Shortly after, RITZA CHICKI (6) collided with WINXETTE (4). TORNADO TIME (3), MIDNIGHT JAYNE (8) and WINXETTE (4) collided, passing the catching pen. MIDNIGHT JAYNE (8) was examined by the veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found. COMPLETE RUN ON ½ x HD 30:64 (5:45) (14:04) WINSOME CURRENCY (2) direction of stewards.

7 RACE 7 NEW SENSATION HEAT THREE NG 520M WINNER VELOCE NERO (5) ZIPPING CLIVE (6) and KING JEREMY (8) were slow to begin. STYLES (1), WINLOCK BANKING (3) and PHANTON MAE (7) came together, on the first turn. STYLES (1) and WINLOCK BANKING (3) collided, passing the catching pen and then came together again, on the turn into the back straight, hampering ZIPPING CLIVE (6). ZIPPING CLIVE (6) checked across the back of VELOCE NERO (5), in the back straight. LAURIE S STICKA (4) checked STYLES (1), on the turn off the back straight, causing KING JEREMY (8) to check. PHANTON MAE (7) commenced to lose ground on the home turn and came together with WINLOCK BANKING (3) after leading, hampering ZIPPING CLIVE (6). WINLOCK BANKING (3) shifted out entering the home straight and collided with ZIPPING CLIVE (6). 8 RACE 8 NEW SENSATION HEAT FOUR NG 520M WINNER BLUE MOON RISING (4) CHARLM KNIGHT (6) was slow to begin. WINSOME EXPRESS (7) hampered SHEEZ MY CHICKI (8), in the run to the first turn, SPRITELY MAE (5) checked ORIENTAL OWEN (3) on the first turn, when crossing to the rails. Shortly after, ORIENTAL OWEN (3) collided with WINSOME EXPRESS (7) causing WINSOME EXPRESS (7) to fall. As a result of this incident, SHEEZ MY CHICKI (8) was severely checked and commenced to lose ground sharply in the back straight, before retiring from the event. CHARLM KNIGHT (6) checked off the back of ZIPPING MERLOW (2), on the turn into the back straight. As A result of this incident, BLUE MOON RISING (4) and SPRITELY MAE (5) had to check. WINSOME EXPRESS (7) was examined by the veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found. RACE 9 NEW SENSATION HEAT FIVE NG 520M WINNER WINSOME MONEY (6) WINSOME MONEY (6) jumped smartly and led all the way. WINSOME MONEY (6) checked SHAREEF (5), ZOMBIE (4), RACHEL S DREAM (3) and COSMIC ZESTA (2) in the run to the first turn. SHAREEF (5), ZOMBIE (4), and COSMIC ZESTA (2) collided, approaching the first turn. Worst affected were ZOMBIE (4), and COSMIC ZESTA (2). As a result, RACHEL S DREAM (3) was severely checked. MISTER FERNADO (7) shifted out passing the catching pen, hampering ONE HOUR PARKING (8). MISTER FERNADO (7) checked off the back of WINSOME MONEY (6), on the turn into the back straight. 9 RACE 10 LADBROKES ODDS BOOST STAKES 4/5 TH GDE 520M WINNER FUSION GIRL (4) CHARLM FELLA (6) was slow to begin. BLACK COUNTY (1), LUCKY ONYX (2) and GLENGARRIE BOY (3) came together, in the run to the first turn. Worst affected was LUCKY ONYX (2). BLACK COUNTY (1), GLENGARRIE BOY (3) and FUSION GIRL (4) collided on the first turn, when vying for the lead. As a result of this incident, GLENGARRIE BOY (3) lost valuable ground and severely checked LUCKY ONYX (2) and SUBWAY MISS (7). CHARLM FELLA (6) checked off the back of BLACK COUNTY (1) passing the catching pen and collided heavily with BOGAN BOMBER (9), severely checking GLENGARRIE BOY (3) and BELLA S QUEEN (8), causing BELLA S QUEEN (8) to fall. BELLA S QUEEN (8) was examined by the veterinary surgeon after the event and no injury was found.
