JACOBITE JOSEPH (2) continued to veer outwardly onto BLUE BOY CARGO (6) from the turn into the home straight and in the run home. EVIE S BEST (3) led all of the way. Stewards interviewed connections of JACOBITE JOSEPH (2) in regards to its actions from the turn out of the back straight to the run home and had no hesitation in charging the greyhound under Rule 69 2 (b) Marring 2 nd Offence.
