3 COMPLETE RUN ON (4.94) SWABS TAKEN RACE REPORTS RACE 1 JAYCAR ELECTRONIC MAIDEN MAIDEN 318M WINNER ZEB S MAGIC (1) Approaching the turn out of the back straight PAW FUSION (4) was hampered on the heels of SWEET LITTLE MEL (2). Rounding the home turn SWEET LITTLE MEL (2) shifted up the track abruptly and collided heavily with PAW FUSION (4) resulting in both greyhounds falling and failing to finish the race. CRUMP S HUSSLER (8) raced wide rounding the home turn. After falling during the race SWEET LITTLE MEL (2) was sent for a post race veterinary examination, where no apparent injury was detected. After falling during the race PAW FUSION (4) was sent for a post race veterinary examination where the greyhound was found to have a nearside shoulder joint injury. The winner of the race ZEB S MAGIC (1) was locked away at the direction of stewards, for a urine sample to be obtained. Turning into the back straight THIS IS MAGIC (5) was galloped on from behind by DANA KADI (8) being dragged down and both greyhounds losing considerable ground. Turning out of the home straight OSTI INFLUENCE (4) shifted up the track and checked THOR S DEVIL (5) and carried LEKEY (6) and BOAMBEE LAW (7) wider on the track. Shortly after JANDERRA S WISH (8) shifted down the track and as a result QUOTED DYNASTY (1), RIVAL GLEN (2) and CANNON RUN (9) were all checked to varying degrees. Turning into the back straight OSTI INFLUENCE (4) checked off the heels of RIVAL GLEN (2) with both greyhounds being hampered. RED MUSKATEER (9) coursed very wide turning out of the straight on the first occasion. The winner of the race BETSIE CARGO (1) was locked away at the direction of stewards for a urine sample to be obtained. TI ADORO ROSSA (2) and GORGEOUS SUNRISE (5) were also checked in the same incident. Rounding the home turn BLACK VALA (4) and GORGEOUS SUNRISE (5) collided and shortly after GEORGEOUS SUNRISE (5) shifted up the track and collided with ARROGANT SHELDON (7).
