The greyhound last started on 14/9/18 at the weight of 23.1kgs, and was presented today at 24.5kgs, which was unacceptable to Stewards. Trainer A Marshall was fined $ for her breach of GAR 39(3). In determining penalty, Stewards were mindful that this latest breach was Ms Marshall s eighth non compliance of the same rule within the past 12 months Stewards informed Ms Marshall that a recommendation would be forwarded to GWIC Management that any further breaches of the same rule within a 6 month period, would result in her Public Trainers licence being downgraded to an Owner Trainer. The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily, and was cleared to resume racing. Random elect pre race samples are to be obtained from FIZZ TANK Race 4 No. 8, and ZIPPING HECTOR Race 7 No. 4. Despite heavy over night and morning rain, the track was found to be quite firm under foot when first walked by Stewards at 1.15pm. Winning times today are not expected to be negatively impacted by the recent rain. Steward s report 2

BOCELLI( 4 ), raced wide in the back straight. LOCHINVAR CHIP( 7 ), checked NINJA THOMMO( 5 ), approaching the turn out of the back straight, losing ground. CHEEKY CHAPTER( 6 ) was checked off the heels of BOCELLI( 4 ), at the turn out of the back straight, with CHEEKY CHAPTER( 6 ) losing ground from this incident. FROZEN LADY( 8 ), galloped on the back of FEDERAL WOZZA( 5 ), in the back straight, causing FROZEN LADY( 8 ), to lose ground sharply, coming down on it s nose, almost falling. TAHITI PEARL( 3 ), raced wide soon after the start checking ESKY LID( 5 ), BELLE S CHORUS( 6 ), and BLUE MCQUEEN( 7 ).From this incident, BELLE S CHORUS( 6 ) fell, and ESKY LID( 5 ), lost ground. TASK FORCE( 8 ) checked FLYING ELLA( 1 ), running through the catching pen, with FLYING ELLA( 1 ), losing ground hampering KNOCK WAVE( 2 ), and TAHITI PEARL( 3 ), which also lost ground. 9 As trainer C Field had runners engaged in successive races, the pre race swab for ZIPPING HECTOR, was obtained post race. Due to a moisture build up in the trips, this race was hand started, as will the other remaining 515m race. RACE 7 WINNER MISS DUGGIE( 1 ) MOBILE MONEY STAKES 5 TH GRADE 515M KIARNI MASK( 5 ), and COHEN S DREAM( 6 ), were slow to begin. ZIPPING HECTOR( 4 ), KIARNI MASK( 5 ), COHEN S DREAM( 6 ), and DJAY HOLDEN( 7 ), came together in the run to the first turn, with ZIPPING HECTOR( 4 ), and KIARNI MASK( 5 ), losing ground. ZIPPING IRWIN( 3 ), checked COHEN S DREAM( 6 ), approaching the first turn, causing COHEN S DREAM( 6 ), to race wide at the first turn, hampering DJAY HOLDEN( 7 ), and CANYA CANYA( 8 ). In two separate incidents passing through the catching pen, KIARNI MASK( 5 ), galloped on the back of ZIPPING IRWIN( 3 ), both losing ground, and ZIPPING HECTOR( 4 ), raced wide checking CANYA CANYA( 8 ), with both runners losing ground. ZIPPING HECTOR( 4 ), was checked off the heels of CANYA CANYA( 8 ), at the turn in to the back straight, with ZIPPING HECTOR( 4 ),losing further ground. CANYA CANYA( 8 ), raced wide at the home turn. 10 RACE 8 WINNER FIRST ORDER( 3 ) DA ICE STAKES 5 TH GRADE 515M BOB S CHANCE( 4 ) dwelt badly at the start, losing ground. FIRST ORDER( 3 ), TWEETY( 7 ), and CRACKER SUNRISE( 8 ), were all slow to begin. In two separate incidents soon after the start, DIVER S SESSION( 2 ), raced wide checking DIVER S OL MATES( 5 ), and CRACKER SUNRISE( 8 ), crossed sharply to the rails checking FIRST ORDER( 3 ), and TWEETY( 7 ), which both lost ground. DIVER S OL MATES( 5 ), raced wide running through the catching pen hampering FIRST ORDER( 3 ). CRACKER SUNRISE( 8 ), outwardly marred JOSIE TOKAAM( 6 ), approaching the home turn, and again marred that same greyhound at the home turn, causing both runners to lose significant ground. With regards to the actions of CRACKER SUNRISE( 8 ) approaching and at the home turn, Stewards invoked GAR 69(1) for marring. As this was the greyhounds first offence, CRACKER SUNRISE( 8 ), was suspended at The Gardens for 28 days, and is required to undertake a satisfactory trial prior to re-nomination per GAR 69(2)(a) The winner of this event FIRST ORDER( 3 ) was locked away for a Urine Sample to be obtained at the Direction of Stewards. BIG BOY ORA( 3 ) raced wide soon after the start, checking FLYING FUTURE( 4 ), DJANGO S MATE( 5 ), and BADLANDS( 7 ), with FLYING FUTURE( 4 ), losing ground. BIG BOY ORA( 3 ), galloped over the heels of DJANGO S MATE( 5 ), approaching the turn into the back straight, racing wide hampering FLYING FUTURE( 4 ). TWO BLOCKS( 8 ) was checked off the heels of DJANGO S MATE( 5 ), at the turn out of the back straight, losing ground. MIA KATHRYN( 2 ), raced wide at the home turn.
