The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily with the blinker endorsement cancelled. Known As Typo was trialling in accord with LR21B having not started for a period exceeding six months. The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily and was cleared to resume racing. OVERFLOW KEROMA( 8 ) galloped on the back of VICTOR ROY( 3 ) at the winning post on the first occasion. BLUE VAIN BOY( 9 ) galloped on the back of OVERFLOW KEROMA( 8 ) at the turn in to the back straight. SWIFT VEGAS( 2 ) raced wide at the home turn hampering VICTOR ROY( 3 ). 6 RACE 2 BAKER BUILT PTY LTD 1 WIN ONLY STAKES 5 TH GRADE 515M WINNER SHALLAY PALLAY( 5 ) BONE JARRER( 2 ) was a late scratching on vet s advice at 7.13pm, when it was observed that the greyhound had swelling in a near side wrist. 14 Days Certificate issued. The on course bookmaker had written wagers at the time of withdrawal, necessitating deductions of 6 cents the win and place with the greyhounds price of $15. SHALLAY PALLAY( 5 ) jumped smartly and led throughout. USCHI( 4 ) was slow to begin. SHALLAY PALLAY( 5 ) checked PANTHER PAVING(3 ) soon after the start. PANTHER PAVING(3 ) raced wide approaching the first turn colliding heavily with FLYING BRODELLI( 6 ), DIXIE PRINCESS( 7 ), and DAWN THE WEAPON( 8 ), which all fell. BURRA MISS( 8 ) galloped on the back of STARBURST BASSY( 7 ) running through the catching pen, both losing ground. STARBURST BASSY( 7 ) was checked off the heels of RAPID EXTRACTION( 1 ) approaching the home turn. BURRA MISS( 8 ) raced erratically at the home turn hampering STARBURST BASSY( 7 ), both losing further ground. Stewards spoke to the handler of BURRA MISS( 8 ) regarding the greyhounds actions at the home turn. 8 RACE 4 KINCUMBER ROO S FC MAIDEN 400M WINNER CATCH ME CURLY( 9 ) PRINCESS PARKER( 3 ) began quickly. ONE FOR MANY( 10 ) was slow to begin. GEE UP( 6 ) checked KYLEE THE KITTY( 7 ) at the first turn, causing KYLEE THE KITTY( 7 ) to lose ground and appear to go amiss, commencing to tail out, pulling up in the back straight and failing to finish. DALLIANCE( 4 ) checked ONE FOR MANY( 10 ) approaching the turn into the back straight. KYLEE THE KITTY( 7 ) was vetted and was found to be injured in the off side groin. 21 Days Certificate issued. AYE TEE OH( 4 ) raced wide at the turn into the home straight on the first occasion hampering METRO PRINCESS( 5 ). EUROGUN( 3 ) checked ALFIE( 2 ) at the winning post on the first occasion. ALFIE( 2 ) was checked off the heels of AYE TEE OH( 4 ) at the turn out of the home straight, racing wide hampering JERRY CAN( 6 ), causing both greyhounds to lose ground. METRO PRINCESS( 5 ) galloped on the back of PADDY NITRO( 1 ) running through the catching pen. EUROGUN( 3 ) galloped on the back of METRO PRINCESS( 5 ) approaching the turn into the back straight, with EUROGUN( 3 ) losing ground hampering AYE TEE OH( 4 ). METRO PRINCESS( 5 ) began to yield ground at the turn out of the back straight when contesting the lead, and continued to concede ground for the remainder of the race hampering JERRY CAN( 6 ) at the home turn, finishing at the rear of the field. 13 RACE 9 ERINA SPORTS & SPINAL PHYSIO STAKES 4/5 GRADE 600M WINNER GOLDEN ZIPPER( 1 ) NAVIGATOR JACK( 5 ) raced wide at the turn into the home straight on the first occasion hampering KIM S LOVE( 6 ), and SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ), with all three runners losing ground, SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ) worst affected. SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ) eased in the home straight on the first occasion, leaving the track and failing to finish. GOLDEN ZIPPER( 1 ) was checked off the heels of ONE THING( 4 ) in the back straight. TAHITI PEARL( 2 ) and ONE THING( 4 ) came together at the home turn. SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ) was vetted and was found to be injured in the off side groin and hip. 28 Days Certificate issued. Stewards spoke to the trainer of SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ) regarding the greyhounds actions in the home straight on the first occasion. Whilst acknowledging the veterinary report, Stewards were mindful that the greyhound had performed similarly at the Gosford venue previously, coincidentally at the same point of the track, when leaving the racing surface and failing to finish. Stewards therefore invoked GAR 69B(1)(a) for failing to pursue due to injury. As a consequence, SHEZA ZIPPER( 8 ) is required to perform a satisfactory trial prior to re-nomination. The winner of this event GOLDEN ZIPPER( 1 ) was locked away for a Urine Sample to be obtained at the Direction of Stewards. SULL SET( 3 ) raced wide at the first turn checking KING LOGIE( 4 ), WATTA BARGHEST( 5 ), and SUBLIME STYLE( 8 ), causing all four runners to lose ground.
