3 STEWARDS TRIAL 400M 2 LOCHINVAR MONDO 31.1 COMPLETE RUN ON Solo Lochinvar Mondo was trialling in accord with LR21B having not competed for a period exceeding six months, with the trial duplicating as a weight trial. The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily with the new racing weight recognised. STEWARDS TRIAL 450M 2 KEELIAH CANNON MIDNIGHT MYSTIC 28.9 Clearance Greyhound 6 MISS TEAK 27.3 COMPLETE RUN ON x Neck Midnight Mystic was trialling to clear a marring endorsement incurred from Richmond 11/7/15. The greyhound had previously cleared Muswellbrook ( 429m ) 26/7/15, and was trialling today for clearance over all distances. The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily and was passed from the trial, however is still required to trial satisfactorily at the track of offence prior to re-nomination at that venue. RACE REPORTS RACE 1 MAITLAND MERCURY STAKES 5 TH GRADE 565M CAPTAIN JESS( 6 ), SUTRO SHIRAZ( 7 ), and BENT ABILITY( 8 ) were all slow to begin. SECRET FLYER( 9 ) was checked off the heels of CRISTALLE COCO( 5 ) at the first turn, with SECRET FLYER( 9 ) losing ground hampering SUTRO SHIRAZ( 7 ) and BENT ABILITY( 8 ). SHOULDERS( 3 ) in running to the lead at the turn in to the back straight checked WINSOME SENOR( 1 ) WINSOME SENOR( 1 ). CRISTALLE COCO( 5 ) and BENT ABILITY( 8 ) came together at the turn out of the back straight, both losing ground. 4 RACE 3 LOVHINVAR PET MOTEL MAIDEN 400M VOLTAIRE( 4 ), OUR GAL TRIX( 6 ), and FLY LITTLE WING( 8 ) were slow to begin. THUNDER KEROMA( 1 ) raced wide in the run to the first turn hampering ADRIATIC COAST( 3 ). THUNDER KEROMA( 1 ) raced wide at the first turn checking ADRIATIC COAST( 3 ) and WHERE S RINGO( 7 ). VOLTAIRE( 4 ) checked ADRIATIC COAST( 3 ) approaching the home turn. THUNDER KEROMA( 1 ) raced wide at the home turn and in the home straight. A Veterinary examination of OUR GAL TRIX( 6 ) - revealed No Injury. Stewards also requested that CADELA S REVENGE( 5 ) be examined from this race, however due to an apparent miscommunication with the kennel staff trainer C Garrard had departed the track without being advised. Stewards spoke to Mr Garrad at home who advised that the greyhound was limping on arrival at his kennels, suffering what he believed was an injured hock. Stewards imposed a 10 Days Incapacitation Certificate. The winner of this event BEV SHOT( 2 ) was locked away for a Urine Sample to be obtained at the Direction of Stewards. 5 RACE 6 CLASSIC BET PREMIUM BETTING STAKES 4/5 GRADE 400M ANOTHER BLOCKER (5) was checked shortly after the start by I M COMING BRO (6) who shifted in. JUST LIKE DIOR (10) checked off the heels of FAB SURFY (9) approaching the turn out of the back straight before checking again off the heels of KELLY PHONICS (1). Racing around the bend, FAB SURFY (9) galloped across the heels of LENNY ENLIM (7), hampering I M COMING BRO (6). Turning in to the home straight, KELLY PHONICS (1) shifted out, coming together with I M COMING BRO (6). ANOTHER BLOCKER (5) raced wide in to the home straight. COMPLETE RUN ON x 1 ½ Nil RACE 7 TARA GREYHOUND EQUIPMENT STAKES 4/5 GRADE 450M AUSSIE QUOTED( 4 ) and ROBBIE LEE( 8 ) were slow to begin. KING SAPPHIRE( 2 ) raced wide at the first turn checking AUSSIE QUOTED( 4 ) and KAYLA S TIGER( 7 ) which both lost ground sharply. ROBBIE LEE( 8 ) raced wide at the home turn. In two separate incidents in the home straight, KING SAPPHIRE( 2 ) raced wide hampering ROBBIE LEE( 8 ) and ZULU MYSTIQUE( 5 ) galloped over the heels of BOSS ELECTRO( 1 ). LA GRAND LOGIE( 2 ) was checked off the heels of WUSSELL( 5 ) at the first turn, causing LA GRAND LOGIE( 2 ) to lose ground hampering ANITA MAY( 1 ). Shortly after, MASTER GEE( 3 ) raced wide hampering GRAND DIDDLE( 6 ), with MASTER GEE( 3 ) then checking off the heels of GRAND DIDDLE( 6 ) losing ground sharply and tailing out. ANITA MAY( 1 ) checked ZIPPING ANGEL( 4 ) soon after entering the home straight, with ZIPPING ANGEL( 4 ) losing ground from this incident. 6 RACE 10 CLASSIC BET WINTER CUP 1 WIN ONLY HEAT 4 5 TH GRADE 400 M SCARLETT S KITTY( 6 ) raced wide soon after the start checking JOHNNY SHOT( 7 ) and BONANZA GOLD( 8 ), with all three runners losing ground. BRACKET CREEP( 3 ) checked GAGAN( 2 ) approaching the first turn, with GAGAN( 2 ) losing ground checking CALOOLA REBEL( 1 ), SCARLETT S KITTY( 6 ), and JOHNNY SHOT( 7 ), causing all three runners lost ground sharply. GAGAN( 2 ) and BONANZA GOLD( 8 ) came together on the circle. GAGAN( 2 ) raced wide at the home turn hampering BONANZA GOLD( 8 ), where SCARLETT S KITTY( 6 ) also raced wide and commenced to tail out.
