TAP OUT STROP [6] ran wide into the turn out of the back straight hampering the run of STATEN ISLAND [5]. KRAKEN SPIKE [4] and TAP OUT STROP [6] made contact in the turn from the back straight and again in the turn to the home straight. Steward s spoke to connections of KRAKEN SPIKE [4] following the race due to its performance. Following consideration of the trainer s submissions, steward s determined to issue an endorsement for failing to purse the lure, acting under GAR 69A (2) (a) and is now suspended from racing at Richmond for a period of 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward s trial under GAR 72.
