Rounding the top turn NATURAL PROGRESS (6) moved up on the inside of GIFTED GAL (8) and ABMAY PRINCESS (5) checking both greyhounds. ZAC S KANE (2) was examined by the clubs veterinary surgeon and no injury found. COMPLETE RUN ON ½ X ¾ 28.24(12.77) KENNY GARFISH (7) direction of stewards. RACE 5 LADBROKES CHALLENGE HEAT 1 SPRINT 480M WINNER GRAND PRIX DRYVA (7) PINK SCISSORS (10) was best to begin. LEKEY (6) was tightened for room between TRANQUIL MANU (5) and GRAND PRIX DRYVA (7). GRAND PRIX DRYVA (7) finished well down the outside to take the lead over the concluding stages.

SPRING CREEK ANN (6) was squeezed to the rear of the field shortly after the start after coming together with TRANQUIL TRIGGER (5). Rounding the top turn BELLA MEAGHAN (2) was losing ground of its own accord after it was leading. BELLA MEAGHAN (2) was examined by the clubs veterinary surgeon and found to have cramped. This greyhound is disqualified from racing GAR rule 71 unsatisfactory performance and must perform a satisfactory steward s trial with two other greyhounds before nominating all venues.
