3 RACE REPORTS RACE 1 CAN THE BAN MAIDEN 411m WINNER CHARLIE WHAT (3) SNEAKER (7) missed the start hopelessly. RED BONUS (1), SKETCHY SHAZ (2), IMA BELIEVER (4) and ZANI VALE (8) were all checked at the first turn and lost ground, which allowed SNEAKER (7) to catch up. RED BONUS (1) quickly went rearward after turning out of the back and finished a distant last. After its bad getaway, SNEAKER (7) got itself to midfield at the home turn but just faded on its run late. RED BONUS (1) was issued with an endorsement for Unsatisfactory Performance, preventing it from racing again until it completes a satisfactory trial. RED BONUS (1) COMPLETE RUN ON ½ x 3 ¼ (8.81) CHARLIE WHAT (3) direction of stewards RACE 2 CECIL HOTEL CASINO MAIDEN 411m WINNER HARDLY WHAT (8) SCISSOR CLIP (7) cut to the lead early, hampering TIGER S A LOONY (6) in doing so. LISA ROSE HI (3) was checked at the first turn, it lost ground and caused MY NAMES BLONDIE (1) to also be checked and it too lost ground. INDI ROSE (2) was yielding ground turning out of the back and then checked off heels of VICKI S CHOICE (4), and in doing so caused STOLEN PORTRAIT (5) to be hampered. 4 RACE 3 FORMAGGIN PLUMBING MAIDEN 484m WINNER WESTERN QUINN (6) WESTERN QUINN (6) stepped out well and led throughout. SPACE MAN (2) was squeezed between runners soon after the start. GROOVY WISHES (3) and JACARANDA CITY (8) bumped around the first turn, both becoming hampered and losing ground with SPACE MAN (2) having to swing wide around them. SPACE MAN (2) made up many lengths when travelling down the back but just peaked on its run at the home turn. MIDNIGHT SHUFFLE (4) loomed up to the leader at the home turn but then shifted wide before shifting back in. COMPLETE RUN ON x 2 ¼ (2.87, 12.90) WESTERN QUINN (6) direction of stewards RACE 4 SASHA S ON COOK STREET MASTERS STAKES 411m WINNER STONEBROOK (5) SCOOP TANK (8) was slow into stride. STONEBROOK (5) found the front turning into the back with the rest of the field bunching up behind it, resulting in DRAMATIC MEL (1) and MAGIC OF BONUS (4) being checked, and then shortly after HOLYWOOD ROSE HI (6) galloped on heels of DRAMATIC MEL (1) which caused both to lose ground and drop out. SCOOP TANK (8) was checked when running into the rear of NEW DAY CALLING (2) at the turn off the back. DRAMATIC MEL (1) HOLYWOOD ROSE HI (6) COMPLETE RUN ON ½ x (8.63)

5 RACE 5 RICHMOND VALLEY TYRES STAKES 4/5 th Grade 484m WINNER SOFT SAND (5) SUDOKU ROCK (4) and PAY DA BAND (8) were slowest early. MISS CORELKO (1) was only moderately away and then checked off heels of ZAPATA (3) at the first turn. ROBELL SUMMER (2) drifted back at the first turn, with SUDOKU ROCK (4) having to check across its heels and then PAY DA BAND (8) became hampered. ROBELL SUMMER (2) yielded ground along the inside turning out of the back. COMPLETE RUN ON ½ x 1 ½ (2.79, 12.55) RACE 6 ALPHA CANIS TRACK & TRAIN STAKES 5 th Grade 484m WINNER HE S A CRUISIN (7) RAINSTORM RALPH (9) was slow out. DIXIE TRICK (5) was crossed early and then began easing back heading into the first turn. At the first turn, BLACK HOODIE (2) veered across heels of NASH BONUS (4) and checked WILD WEST WILLY (3), DIXIE TRICK (5), SUBZERO IZMIR (6) and RAINSTORM RALPH (9). All affected runners recovered quickly, however DIXIE TRICK (5) pulled up and eased itself out of the event. WEE BIT LUCKY (8) led to the home turn before HE S A CRUISIN (7) took over. DIXIE TRICK (5) was issued with an endorsement for Failing To Pursue (2 nd offence), preventing it from racing again at all venues for 3 months and until it completes a satisfactory trial. 6 RACE 7 CASINO COUGARS RUGBY LEAGUE STAKES 5 th Grade 484m WINNER SALLY S DIAMOND (3) ONE PUMP (2) and ZILLMAN STORM (5) got shuffled back approaching the first turn. SALLY S DIAMOND (3) began well and led throughout. BRAINSTORM BOB (1) checked across heels of LILLY MILO (6) at the first turn and shifted out, causing CHASE S LEGEND (4) and KATIE GELZINNIS (8) to be checked. BRAINSTORM BOB (1) yielded ground turning out of the back. Shortly after, CHASE S LEGEND (4) galloped across heels of KATIE GELZINNIS (8). COMPLETE RUN ON ¼ x 1 ½ (2.84, 12.66) SALLY S DIAMOND (3) direction of stewards RACE 8 JULIAN SEXTON ON SKY STAKES 5 th Grade 411m WINNER FIREFLY ERN (5) FIREFLY ERN (5) was slow out. SPARKLE LASS (3), TRICKSTER S SON (4), TRANQUIL MANU (6) and NINE MILLIMETRE (9) were all hampered when turning into the back, with ROUGH RED (8) stuck wide around that bend. TRICKSTER S SON (4) shifted out and yielded ground when travelling down the back, causing NINE MILLIMETRE (9) to be hampered. GUDERA LANCASTER (1) led early but LA MANCHA MAN (2) loomed up to it with momentum approaching the home turn and after looking likely to go past LA MANCHA MAN (2) only jogged alongside and threw its head about when turning for home. Both GUDERA LANCASTER (1) and LA MANCHA MAN (2) were then swamped late, with FIREFLY ERN (5) peeling off their backs to get up. TRICKSTER S SON (4) and NINE MILLIMETRE (9) both veered wide at the home turn. LA MANCHA MAN (2) was issued with an endorsement for Unsatisfactory Performance, preventing it from racing again until it completes a satisfactory trial. 7 RACE 9 COMMONWEALTH HOTEL MASTERS STAKES 411m WINNER VICKI ROSE HI (8) SUPER FELLA (3) was slow out. VICKI ROSE HI (8) crossed to the lead early. When turning into the back, LIGHTSTORM LIL (1) bumped into NEVILUKE BLUE (5) and then checked across heels of VICKI ROSE HI (8) and caused a scrimmage where MAELSTROM MICK (2), BLACK NAT BONUS (4), NEVILUKE BLUE (5) and ARCTIC TOMMY (6) also became checked and all those runners lost ground, with ARCTIC TOMMY (6) then dropping off midway along the back. NEVILUKE BLUE (5) yielded ground after turning out of the back. ARCTIC TOMMY (6) COMPLETE RUN ON x 3 ½ (8.83) LIGHTSTORM LIL (1) random elect VICKI ROSE HI (8) direction of stewards RACE 10 KYOGLE FAIRYMOUNT VET CLINIC STAKES 5 th Grade 411m WINNER NUNKERI BILL (1) GLAMOROUS KIM (10) was slow out. YARRAWONGA (3) shifted out soon after the start, allowing NUNKERI BILL (1) plenty of room to find the lead into the first turn. CLASSY SPRITE (4) checked off heels of SLENDER JAPPA (5) at the first turn and lost ground, causing MY NAME S ELLY (6) to also be checked. SLENDER JAPPA (5) and BLUE COUNTY (7) were checked turning into the back. COMPLETE RUN ON x Neck (8.60)

8 RACE 11 LISA VANDERSTOCK PHOTOGRAPHY STAKES 5 th Grade 411m WINNER MUDDY PAWS (8) KOORINGA AYLA (5) missed the start hopelessly, but caught the field up turning into the back after NAPPO QUOTED (1), HAPPY JINKS (2), DERODA (3) and WAY BEFORE YOU (4) all became checked and lost ground. VICKI VALE (6) had the lead early but became checked and lost ground when MUDDY PAWS (8) crossed at the turn into the back. VICKI VALE (6) continued to yield ground thereafter with DERODA (3) colliding into the rear of it when turning out of the back.
