EYE LOVE AMY [3] and LUCKY TATUM [4] came together in the first turn, causing EYE LOVE AMY [3] to lose ground. After leading down the back OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5] eased momentarily approaching the home turn. THEY KNOW WHO [7] checked LUCKY TATUM [4] in the home turn. EYE LOVE AMY [3] turned its head outwardly in the home straight making contact with OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5]. Post race veterinary examination of OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5] revealed no apparent injury. Stewards spoke with connections of OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5] regarding the greyhounds actions approaching the home turn. After viewing the video replay and considering submissions from connections, stewards issued an Unsatisfactory Performance endorsement on the greyhound under GAR 71. OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5] is subsequently suspended from racing until completing a satisfactory performance trial under GAR 72 before being eligible to re-nominate. Stewards spoke with connections of EYE LOVE AMY [3] regarding the greyhounds actions in the home straight. Connections agreed with stewards observations that EYE LOVE AMY [3] had marred OAKY DOCKY ROAD [5] in the home straight. Stewards issued a marring 1 st offence endorsement against the greyhound under GAR 69(1). EYE LOVE AMY [3] is subsequently suspended from racing at The Gardens for 28 days and from other tracks until successfully completing a satisfactory trial under GAR 72 before re-nominating.
