16 Conditions of Entry Balnarring Pony Club Inc. A L 1. ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL 2. ALL COMPETITORS MUST SIGN a PCAV LIABILITY DECLARATION FORM Please hand in your forms when purchasing tickets. See website for additional insurance information. No Exceptions. Thankyou. 3. RINGS 1, 2 & 3: Horses and Ponies may only compete as a Show Horse OR Show Hunter in these rings. This decision must be made prior to start of competition and must not change throughout the day of competition. 4. RACING VICTORIA OFF THE TRACK CLASS is open to all Thoroughbreds registered with R.S.A (14HH and over) 5. SHOW HUNTER GUIDELINES: Show Hunters should be quality animals with more bone & substance than the Riding Pony, or elegant Hack & should offer a smooth ride and a reliable temperament. They should be shown in plain gear with NO bright coloured browbands, tweed or hunter style attire & no ribbons in children s hair. 6. No exhibit winning a championship in Rings 1, 2 or 3 may enter a similar event in another ring. 7. OPEN: Is open to all competitors. 8. NOVICE: Means never to have won the same or similar class at another Show or Gymkhana 9. NEWCOMERS: Classes open to horses that have not competed under saddle prior to 01/01/2018 and are eligible to compete in Newcomer Classes at 2019 Barastoc HOTY & VAS LTD Saddlehorse Championships. Horses must be shown in a snaffle bit. 10. OWNER RIDER: Open to those that own & train the entered horse and do not earn a living from this. 11. PONY CLUB RING: Will be conducted under PCAV Rules. Membership cards, helmets & medical armbands must be made available for inspection at Gear Check and in the SOP classes. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgment that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. 12. STRICTLY ENFORCED: Lunging to take place only in designated lunging area. No exceptions considered. 13. NO STALLIONS OR COLTS. DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED PLEASE LEAVE THEM HOME. 14. In the case of extreme weather conditions BPC reserves the right to postpone the show.
