2 Terms & Conditions of Entry: All non Pony Club riders MUST complete a Liability Declaration Form prior to riding in any ring. All riders competing in the Open rings may also need to complete a Day Participant Waiver. See page 13 for details Pony Club riders competing in the OPEN rings must complete a Liability Declaration form. See page 13 for details. Every endeavour has been made to avoid rings clashing. In the event of rings clashing please see the ring steward and rings may be held within reason. The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason The Judges decision is final. PCAV Handbook of By Laws including Queries and Protest (February 2014) apply available at Should there be a dispute regarding the height of an exhibit, the exhibit must be measured or an official current measurement certificate must be shown No refunds on unused tickets. Bad or inappropriate language and rude behaviour will not be tolerated. Competitors behaving in this way will be refused entry to classes and forfeit all tickets Novice, Horse or rider not to have won a first at any show or gymkhana. Intermediate, Horse or rider not to have won 1st, 2nd or 3rd at a Royal. PCAV Approved helmets must be worn at all times whilst mounted. n.e means not exceeding. The Pony Club ring will not be held waiting for riders from the open rings. Riders must present membership & performance cards to HRCAV Card Secretary 30 mins prior to the first class. Entries on the day on standard HRCAV entry form. Card secretary will be in attendance at the ring from 8.15am. Riders must supply their own number holder or no s on both sides of horse. Official club uniform must be worn & Medical armbands must be worn whilst jumping. At the discretion of the judge, all classes may be combined or split depending on entries. All classes marked with a * are eligible for points on cards. All classes are eligible for the Highpoint award winner for the day. 12

13 DAY ATTENDANCE INSURANCE IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ : All Riders competing in the open rings and topsy ring need to complete a Liability Declaration Form $10 Day Attendance Fee is due UNLESS you are a financial member* of EV/EA; AHS; AERA; an Interstate Pony Club; or can prove personal Liability Cover of at least $10,000,000. *Must produce proof. HRCAV riders competing in the open rings must pay $10 day attendance and complete Day Participant Waiver. Riders without adequate Insurance Cover pay $10 for Liability Only cover for the duration of the event. (Not personal Medical) and complete the Day Participant Waiver. PCAV member cards must be inspected at gear check for riders competing in the pony club ring PCAV Insurance Policy specifically states anyone not following PCAV Rules may be left uninsured. Please bring the completed Liability Declaration Form and the Day Participant Waiver to the secretary s office when you purchase your tickets. This will save a lot of admin time.
