2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. The organisers / committee of the Pinjarra Horse and Pony Club reserve the right to cancel alter or combine any event/s they may deem necessary on the day. 2. All entrants who are not a direct Member of the EWA or an EWA insured club must pay fee of $10.00 per person to cover them for insurance for this event. 4. All persons on horseback are required to wear a recognised STANDARDS APPROVED helmet and boots, as a condition of entry. 5. ALL Competitors will require a current official EWA or SHC-WA Height Certificate. 6. Rider s age will be as at the day of the event. Junior rider birth certificate copies must be sighted. 7. Ponies under 12.2 hands can be ridden by an adult. 8. Stallions are not permitted in any classes. 9. The judges decisions are final. Under no circumstances is approaching the judge, judging or coaching from the side of the arena / ring permitted. Failure to abide by this rule will lead to disqualification and forfeit of entry fees. 10. Intermediate PONY / HORSE IS ONE who has never been placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in individual Hack or Hunter events at any Royal Show, Winner or Runner-up at EWA HOY, EWA intermediate HOY or SHC HOY, Gala or Championship Day with judges from the Eastern States or International or been awarded Champion or Reserve Champion Hack at the above events. 11. STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED 12. The PINJARRA HORSE AND PONY CLUB and its COMMITTEE, JUDGES, OFFICIALS, DO NOT accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Entry to grounds is at your own risk and the DAY Member form must be signed by all entrants prior to participation; this is a condition of our insurance. 13. The club canteen will be operational from 7.30am. It is requested that lunches be pre-ordered on the day before 10am. 14. PLEASE NOTE horses and/or ponies are only eligible for one ring on the day. Beginners Ring plaits are optional and Jackets are optional or PC uniform. 16. Official Horses and Ponies can only compete in the Hack or Hunter not both.
