Terms & Conditions Disclaimer of Liability: The organising committee of the NDSJC Inc and the landowners does not accept ANY responsibility for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons on the property whatsoever. It shall be a condition of entry that each nominator hold the Club blameless and shall indemnify it against any legal proceedings arising from any such incident. Horses and riders compete at their own risk. Waiver/Disclaimer: Needs to be filled out & signed before competing Please note Show Jumping is a dangerous sport and could lead to bodily injuries or death. Membership: All Riders & Owner must be members of EA to compete in classes of 1.05m & Above. Horses competing in Classes 1.05m & above must have a current Show Jumping License. All Riders competing in classes 1.04m & Under must be either a Competitive or Participant member of EA or NDSJC Member Inc or TESH Member. If you are not a member of the EA, NDSJC Inc or TESH you are not permitted to start in any class. Junior riders may ride any horse in any class as long as horses are registered with a current competition license if they are to complete in affiliated events 1.05m & above. Attire Formail/summer dress as per EA Rules for competitions ****NDSJC Inc will allow horses to compete in a maximum of 3 Affiliated classes per day**** Horses competing in ONLY encourage classes may enter into more than 3 classes All affiliated events run under FEI & EA National rules for Show Jumping. Any horse not ready to jump when called may be Eliminated. In the event of there being 5 or less competitors in a Class, the Committee has the discretion to run the event as a Sweepstake. Approved EA helmets must be worn at all times when on horseback. Riders, owners, officials and spectators please adhere to all EA Codes of Conduct. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry, or vary the conditions of any class, or cancel, or add any event without reason. Refunds: A refund will apply of 75% of the total of your entry fees received, only upon receipt of a Veterinary or Doctors Certificate. Hot Weather Policy - in line with EA & FEI rules. Objections: Any objection or Protests must be made in writing, signed and must be handed to the Secretary with a deposit of $50.00 within 15 minutes of the judging of any event or class. The Ground Jury shall determine the objection and their decision will be final. If the decision goes against the objector, he/she will forfeit the $50.00 deposit and be liable for any expenses occasioned by the objection. The Committee accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any exhibit, person or equipment. The Committee has the right to put in place of prize money, vouchers or produce if the need arises.

ABN: Website: Release and Waiver of Liability In consideration for being permitted to participate in any way in horse sport activities, I, understand, acknowledge and accept that: Horse sports are a dangerous activity and horses can act in a sudden and unpredictable (changeable) way, especially if frightened or hurt. There is a significant risk that serious INJURY or DEATH may result from horse sport activities. I understand and acknowledge the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or any mind altering drugs and agree not to drink alcohol or take drugs prohibited by law before or during any horse sports activities. I agree to follow the directions of any event organiser or official and that any misconduct or refusal by me to follow any direction of any organiser or official can result in the CANCELLATION of my participation in the activities and my immediate removal from my horse NO MATTER where that may occur. I agree to wear an EA approved helmet at all times whilst participating in the sport where this is required under the relevant TESH rules and regulations. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this Dangerous Activity Acknowledgement and fully understand its terms and submit it freely and voluntarily.
