3 Mounted Games Program Saturday 05th August 2017 Open to all Zones STARTING: Approx. 1:30pm after completion of the Campdraft CHIEF STEWARD: Denise Fisk NOMINATIONS: $10 per rider Team of 4 or 5 riders. Teams may mix with seniors but a full team of seniors (over 26) will not be allowed. Riders wishing to compete but don t have a team may still nominate and a team will be made up on the day. Or you may wish to make up a team of riders form different clubs ONLY IF your club doesn t have enough riders nominated for games. If there are large numbers, the competition may be split into two levels. 5 Conditions of Entry 1. All events to be run under PCA rules 2. For pony clubs affiliated with PCA 3. Full club uniform to be worn 4. Judges decision is final. 5. All competitors ride at their own risk. In the event of an accident the rider shall not hold Zone 4 Pony Clubs or it s members responsible. 6. Age groups maybe split or combined on the day at the discretion of the organizing committee. 7. Riding helmets as per new 2017 ruling - also must be worn by all riders while on the club grounds. 8. No stallions or rigs allowed on the grounds. 9. Disputes must be lodged within 20 minutes of the event concerned. A $50.00 protest fee will apply. 10. Proof of age maybe required. 11. Excessive use of a whip and spurs will create disqualification. 12. Correct saddle to be worn, surcingle to be worn over single point girths, no saddles with horns. 13. Club with more riders may be asked for more helpers. All riders to be present to accept trophies and prizes in full pony club uniform. If not present the prize will be forfeited. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: the organising committee reserves the right to; cancel any class or event, combine or divide classes according to the numbers nominated and the rules governing splitting of groups, alter advertised times, transfer competitors between sections of a class and to refuse any entry with or without stating a reason; to alter, amend or delete any part of the programme if circumstances present.
