IMPORTANT TAKE NOTE Competitors & Horses MUST run as drawn, if not Present after 3 calls, you & that horse will be placed on the end of draw. Your NEXT run will be on your NEXT HORSE! NOT!!! the one that you just MISSED! if you ride into the camp on the wrong horse your run will be DISQUALIFIED!!!!!, No Competitor will be just slipped in 4. All Rider/Horse changes must be made with the secretary NOT THE ANNOUNCER throughout the weekend & will only be accepted & made if a $5 donation is paid 1 st also if you wish to make a change once a draft has started to commence this will also only be accepted & made if a $20 donation is paid 1 st NO DONATION NO CHANGE NO EXCEPTIONS PROUDLY SUPPORTING NATIONAL BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION 5. Stallions must be restrained as per ACA Rules please read Stallion flyer attached last page also flyers will be at the secretary box, Canteen/bar area and Toilets 6. All competitors must be current financial members of the ACA before competing 7. Prizemoney as R.8 & R.9 to ACA guidelines, prizemoney will be paid via EFT between 20 th of August 2018 & the 31 st of August The judge s decision is final in all events 9. All complaints must do so in writing within 1hr of the incident along with $20 fee. If the committee dismisses the complaint, the $20 is forfeited and donated PROUDLY SUPPORTING DROUGHT ANGELS. 10. ALL DOGS MUST be on a leash at all time (TOY DOGS, MEDIUM DOGS & LARGE DOGS NO EXCEPTIONS) 11. Riders UNDER 18yrs must wear helmets whilst mounted on a horse at all ACA Affiliated events. Helmets must comply with the current safety standards & must be securely fastened under the chin 12. Under no circumstances are members U/17yrs of age permitted to handle and or ride a stallion within the perimeter of the grounds 13. To ride in the Encouragement Competitors can t have won 1 Encouragement or won or placed 3 times in an open age Campdraft, Winning an Encouragement will not alter the status of the rider or horse. (an open age draft is Maiden, Novice, Open, Restricted Open or Ladies) 14. The Status of a horse winning a Campdraft will be determined by the highest class of horse with exception of Juniors, Juveniles, Ladies, Old Buffers, Associates and Encouragement Campdrafts. The winner attains the status of the highest class of horse participating e.g. if one Open horse competes then it is classed as an Open draft

9 Stallion Containment Requirements A. Minimum Stallion Containment Requirements In daylight hours are either: Stallions to be double tied. Stallions to have an exclusion perimeter erected around the horse and area they are TIED TO, to exclude any possible interaction between the stallion and another horse or human. OR B. Stallions to be enclosed by panels. Stallions can be free to roam inside the panel area WHEN AN EXCLUSION PERIMETER IS ERECTED AROUND THE PANELLED AREA to exclude any possible interactions between the stallion and another horse or human. Only 1 horse allowed per enclosure. Panels must be a minimum of 1500mm in height. Panels must be constructed using an equivalent of 4 bars of 25mm box or pipe equivalent as a minimum. Panels must be anchored securely to a solid object i.e. truck, post or tree. AT NIGHT: The same rules apply to daylight hours WITH THE ADDITION FOR A STALLION THAT IS IN PANELS MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADDITIONAL FORM OF RESTRAINT e.g.: tied up, hobbles, sideline ANY STALLION CONTAINMENT PROBLEMS PLEASE REPORT TO WESTMAR CAMPDRAFT PRESIDENT DAVE HANNAH
