Showdown rugs will be on the grounds over the weekend. PLEASE NOTE: there we will NO changes on the day of the draft any changes need to be made Thursday only! FRIDAY 23rd MARCH AM START 1. Catering by CAPELLA STATE SCHOOL P & C all weekend with sit-down meal Thursday 6pm-8pm and Saturday night with BBQ Friday night. Entertainment Friday and Saturday nights by BOBBIE RICHARDS Bar operating all weekend from Late Thursday Afternoon. Conditions All Campdraft nominations open via Campdraft Central Opening 12noon Thursday 8 th March 12noon Friday 9 th March. Horses are restricted to 2 first round runs excluding the Ladies and Juvenile Draft. if excess entries are received there will be further restrictions. Competitors will be invoiced after nominations have been finalized Tuesday afternoon. If nominations are not exceeded they will remain open until full. 4 1. All competitors must be ACA members BEFORE competing. 2. Prizemoney will be paid out after the Draft. Breakdown of prizemoney is as follows: 6 Placings 25%, 21%, 18%, 15%, 12%, 9% 8 Placings 20%, 18%, 16%, 14% 12%, 10%, 6%, 4% 3. Prizemoney will be direct deposited, if requested prior to commencement of draft a cheque for prizemoney, they must be banked within 6 Months or they will be cancelled. 4. Late nominations will be accepted on a scratching basis only. 5. A Maiden Horse is one that has not won a draft other than a juvenile or Junior or Encouragement 6. All competitors ride at their own risk. 7. The COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPOSIBLE for any theft, accident or damage to COMPETITORS or their EQUIPMENT 8. Any competitor who is not present after three calls will be disqualified. 9. The status of a Horse winning a Campdraft will be determined by the highest class of horse with exception of juniors, juveniles, ladies, old buffers, associates and Encouragement campdrafts. The winner attains the status of the highest class of horse participating e.g. if one Open Horse competes then it is classed as an open draft. 10. Riders under the age of 18 must wear helmets whilst mounted on a horse at all ACA affiliated events. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and be securely fastened under the chin at all times. 11. Horses to be ridden in the Junior must not be ridden by any other competitor in events 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 or The CAPELLA CAMPRAFT ASSOC INC, Reserves the right to delete or alter or vary any event on this program and in all cases the decision of the Committee is FINAL. 13. Conditions for the events will be set by the JUDGES AND THEIR DECISION IS FINAL. 14. Full refund of nominations will be given to scratching received prior to 6am Monday 19 th March, Scratching s received between 6am Monday 19 th March and Tuesday 20th March will be refunded their nomination fee less a $10 per run. Scratching s received after 6am 21 st March will forfeit their entire nominations. A refund will be given when a vet certificate is shown if scratching after 21 st March. 15. Stallions MUST be enclosed by Panels on all Campdraft grounds. Stallions will be allowed to be unrestricted in panel yards through daylight hours only. MUST be DOUBLE tied at night. Panels must be a minimum of 1500mm in height, constructed using 4 bars of 25mm steel. Panels must be secured to solid a solid object i.e. Truck or tree.
