To qualify for the Bronze Medal, exhibitors must enter the exhibit s name and registration on the Entry Form, which will be printed in the catalogue. The following is required by the W.P.& C.S: - Animal s name and registration number to be included in the catalogue. Name of sire and dam (particularly in the case of foals) to be included in the catalogue. Name of the recorded owner as it appears in the animal s passport at the time of the show. A final copy of the catalogue will have been lodged with the W.P. & C.S. BEFORE the show. The fee for each entry is 4.00 unless stated otherwise.

Not exceeding 12.2hh rider not having attained their 13 th birthday, not exceeding 13.2 rider not having attained their 15 th birthday and not exceeding 14.2hh rider not having attained their 17 th birthday on 1 st January in the current year. 51 Best Young Handler - six to ten years of age on the day of the show. Entry fee per exhibit per class is 1. No stallions or colts permitted. 52 Best Young Handler - eleven to sixteen years of age on the day of the show. Entry fee per exhibit per class is 1. SHETLANDS 53 Best in hand Shetland - any age (class will be split into 4 and over and 3 and under if more that 8 entries forward on the day) 54 Best ridden Shetland - Four years old or over (lead reins permitted). CHAMPIONSHIP - First and Second prize winners from classes 53 and 54 eligible to compete.

8 MOUNTAIN AND MOORLAND 55 Mountain and Moorland in hand - colt, filly or gelding, three year old or under. 56 Mountain and Moorland in hand - stallion, mare or gelding, fours years old or over. 57 Mountain and Moorland Ridden (small breeds) - stallions, mares or geldings, four years old or over. Breeds eligible for this class are Section A and B, Shetland, Dartmoor, New Forest, Exmoor. No pony may be led in this class. 58 Mountain and Moorland Ridden (large breeds) - stallions, mares or geldings, four years old or over. Breeds eligible for this class are Section C, D, Connemara, New Forest, Dales, Fells and Highlands. 59 Mountain and Moorland Leading Rein - Mare or gelding, four years old or over, not exceeding 12hh, suitable for and to be ridden by a child not having attained their 9 th birthday before the 1 st January in the current year. 60 Mountain and Moorland First Ridden - Mare or gelding, four years old or over, not exceeding 12.2hh, suitable for and to be ridden by a child not having attained their 12 th birthday before the 1 st January in the current year. No pony may be led in this class. CHAMPIONSHIP - First and Second Prize winners from classes 55 to 60 are eligible to compete. SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP -To be competed for by the Champion exhibit in each section. The Royal Oak Cup to be presented to the supreme champion of show together with 40 prize money. 9 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Entry fee per class for Horse & Pony Showing Classes is 4.00 per exhibit, unless otherwise stated. 2. No entries accepted without entry fees. 3. Closing date for receipt of entries for all horse classes is Friday 24 th July No entries for Welsh A, B, C or D will be accepted after the closing date in accordance with WPCS requirements. Late entries for all other horse classes will be subject to a surcharge of 1 per entry. 5. Prize money, unless otherwise stated in the schedule, for all horse and pony sections will be Champion 20 Reserve Champion 10. Supreme Champion 40, Reserve Supreme Any objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within one hour of the judging of the particular class/incident and must be accompanied by a 10 fee which will be forfeited if the objection is overruled. This ruling will be strictly adhered to. All decisions are final. 7. Please NOTE ALL CUPS are PERPETUAL and are to be returned to the Secretary one month prior to the next Show. 8. All entries must be made using the relevant entry form provided and signed by the exhibitor 9. No entries will be accepted from an exhibitor under 18 years of age without a completed entry form signed by the exhibitor s parent or guardian. 10. The decision of the judges shall be final. 11. All servants or owners in charge of stock will be subject to the orders of the stewards and any servant or owner disobeying such orders will be liable to be fined or expelled from the show field. 12. The Society will not in any case, or under any circumstances, hold itself responsible for any loss, damage, misdelivery, illness or accident that may occur through or to any exhibitor or spectator and it shall be a condition of entry that such exhibitors shall hold the Society blameless, and indemnify it against any legal proceedings from any of the above named circumstances. 13. A number label, to be collected from the Secretary s office, for each exhibit, must be placed in clear view for the stewards before the animal can enter the show ring. 14. The Society reserve themselves the right of accepting or rejecting any entry without stating its reasons for so doing, and to cancel any class and return entries and fees three days prior to the show. 15. All eligible exhibits in the horse/pony classes must compete in the Supreme Championship as required by the Society or prize money will be withheld. Those required to compete in the Supreme Championship will be informed by announcement on the public address system. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to be present for judging. 16. A 2.00 fee is to be paid by each exhibitor in the horse and pony sections and show jumping section for first aid cover, as detailed on the Entry Form. 17. The Society shall have the power to settle any matter which is not covered by the foregoing rules. 18. The Society shall be called the Llanedi Agricultural Society.
