Entry Fee Per team BRC Junior HT 80 BRC Junior HT 90 BRC Junior Challenge 100 BRC Senior HT 80 Open to Junior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Riders not to have completed a BE 100, BRC HT 100 or BRC CH 100 or above in the current or previous calendar year at close of prel. entry. Open to Junior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Horses or ponies may be registered with BE but must not have gained any points nor have been placed in the first six in any BE 100 competition in the current or previous calendar year at the close of prelim entry. Junior HT 90 for teams of four riders, the best three scores to count and individuals. At Championships this will be a One Day Event. Open to Junior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Horses or ponies not to have gained more than 20 BE points at the close of prelim entry. Junior HT 100 for teams of four riders, the best three scores to count and individuals. At the Championships this will be a two day event. Riders must be 12 years or older on Open to Senior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Riders not to have completed a BE 100, BRC HT 100 or BRC CH 100 or above in the current or previous calendar year at close of prel. entry.

3 BRC Senior 90 Open to Senior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Horses or ponies may be registered with BE but must not have gained any points nor have been placed in the first six in any BE 100 competition in the current or previous calendar year at the close of prelim entry. BRC Senior 100 BRC Senior 100+ Open to Senior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Horses or ponies not to have completed a BE Novice competition in the current year at close of prelim. Entry. Open to Senior members of an affiliated Riding Club that have paid their membership for the current year. Horses or ponies may have unlimited points. All classes may have individual entries Rules to that particular class will apply per individual All entrants must pay a prelim entry of 48 per team, 12 per individual to British Riding Clubs at least 21 days before the date of the qualifier (above). Prelim entry forms can be found on the BRC website for postal entries or online entries can be made via the BHS bookshop Late prelim entries may be accepted with a late surcharge of 20 per team or pair and 10 per individual. Late entries cannot be guaranteed. If the date of the qualifier is cancelled for any reason, the close of prelim entry will remain. However, if the qualifier is moved more than 21 days later, entries will be reopened but late entry fees cannot be refunded. Eligibility will be considered from the original close of prelim entry. All hats must have a visible blue BRC hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing. You must wear a body protector in the Cross country phase. Your horse must have up to date Influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Rulebook. There will be running alongside the horse trials qualifier a competition called.tri-equi-lon see schedule attached. This is an OPEN competition to all riders whether BRC members or not. Entry is by the way of the BRC system of preliminary fee on BRC website and team and individual form to be sent to organiser together with entry fee. 4 British Riding Clubs Area 2. Tri-equi-lon This competition comprises of three in a team. Team members can be: 1 st Member of the team Can be either jnr or snr. Dressage Test HT90Q 2 nd Member of the team Can be either jnr or snr Show Jumping Max Hgt. 90cm 3 rd Member of the team Can be either jnr or snr Cross Country max hgt 90cm. If a member fails to complete a section of the event they will be given penalties. Dressage 20 points added to the team score Show Jumping 40 points added to the team score Cross country 75 points added to the team score The show jumping and Cross Country will be timed as per normal in a one day event. At the end of the competition, scores will be added up, very similar to a one day horse trials. Teams can comprise of three juniors, three seniors, 1 junior and 2 seniors or 2 seniors and one junior. Times will be given out as per Horse Trial s on web site No horse or rider can ride more than one phase. Entry Fee is Prize money: 1 st nd 30.00, 3 rd There are no individuals in this event. Bay Scoring for Dressage to Music 7 th July 2014 Start of competition 6p.m. scoring throughout the night, probable finish about 9.p.m Bay Riding Test 13 th July writers for 2 Riding Test judges. Start approx. 9.a.m. Bishops Show Jumping - Horse Trials. 25 th May 2014 Set up on the Saturday prior to 2.p.m. Will be required on the Sunday from 10.a.m. Arena party 2 poles, 2 stewards, maybe one timekeeper. Finish time approx. 4.p.m. Border Secretary Horse Trials. 25 th May 2014 One secretary, one flu checker, one person to give out numbers. More if you think you require them. Corbridge Dressage/Riding Test 13 th July 2014 Scoring for all competitions, start will be about 9.a.m. finish about 5.p.m. Enough personnel to complete the task. Darlington Style/Show Jumping 6 th July 2014 Set up all arenas, prior to event on the Saturday. If necessary help to obtain extra jumps Durham & District Dressage Horse Trials 25 th May 2014 Set 4 dressage arenas up on the Saturday prior to 2.p.m. You will require four writers, not necessarily all day, times will be given week prior to event. If you find that you are having any difficulties, please do not leave it till the night before the competition, it takes time to organise people and duties. All times will be on the Web site at least the Thursday prior to the event.
