Free stabling for riders who enter both showing and dressage classes) This Recognized Event will be run under Dressage SA Rules & Regulations 2018, General Regulations (Dressage) 1 December 2015, including the SAEF Veterinary Regulations & Directives. Para-Equestrian classes will run under FEI rules. The show holder reserves the right to cancel, combine, limit, reschedule and in any other manner directly or indirectly alter or amend the show schedule.

LATE ENTRIES WILL BE AT THE DISCRESSION OF SHOW HOLDER AND CARRIES A R100 LATE ENTRY FEE. Stallions, as indicated on the entry form, will receive priority, stable requests will be given consideration but please understand we are not able to meet all stabling requests. The advertised programme and classes will be adhered to as far as possible. However, in the light of unforeseen circumstances the Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel, combine, divide or postpone any class providing such alteration is within the frame work of Rules. In case of bad weather competitors must contact the organisers on the contact details provided above. NO REFUNDS for cancellation or postponement once entries have closed. RIDING TIMES Times will be published by Thursday 21 st February 2019 SHOW NUMBERS CATERING Will be allocated and published with show numbers and this number must be attached to the LEFT-HAND SIDE of the halter/head collar and/or to the numnah / Bridle Public Catering will be available Restaurant on the property

3 OBLIGATIONS SADDLERY AND DRESS PASSPORT AFRICAN HORSE SICKNESS AND EQUINE FLU CONDUCT and RIGHT OF ENTRY INDEMNITY RESPONSIBILITY PRIZES MONEY AND PRIZES All Prize winners are obliged to attend prize giving correctly dressed. The show holder will not be responsible for keeping your prizes for you or getting your prizes and gifts to you. As per DSA Rules All horses entered in this show must have fully completed SAEF / SAEA or FEI passports. Passports must accompany the horse. Competitors whose passports are not up to date or incomplete (including vaccinations) will be fined per DSA / SAEF regulations. All horses must be vaccinated with AHS vaccine and with Equine Influenza and in accordance with the regulations laid out in the equestrian rules. Horses that do not comply may be refused permission to compete and can be asked to leave the show grounds. Any owner or rider who attempts to interfere with or influence judges, officials or stewards, or who at any time on the show grounds uses any contemptuous or abusive language to any of the judges, officials or stewards will forfeit his/her rights to any prizes to which they might otherwise be entitled and will receive a yellow card to remove themselves and their horse from the grounds pending a disciplinary enquiry. Buffelsbosch Equestrian reserves a Right of Entry to this show and to our venue. KZN DRESSAGE, SAEF, DSA, BUFFELSBOSCH EQUESTRIAN AND VENUE, Sponsors, Officials and Stewards shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft or injury sustained by owners of horses, riders, competitors, members of the public or any other person or their property whatsoever. There will be no prize money at this show in order to keep the entry costs down. Rosettes will be awarded By entering this show online you agree to be bound by the relevant rules of FEI, DSA, SAEF & abide by the Conditions stipulated on the schedule. I agree to abide by the DSA Code of Conduct. I declare that the horse and rider particulars are true and agree that if proven otherwise my entry will be rejected by the Show Holding body and I will forfeit my entry fee. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITION AND RIDER UNDERTAKINGS The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse to the show which has an infectious disease, whether notifiable or not, or which horse the competitor could reasonably be expected to know has an infectious disease or may spread an infectious disease. The competitor undertakes to withdraw the horse from the event (with forfeiture of entry fee) if subsequent to entry it should develop, or should circumstances arise under which the competitor can reasonably be expected to know that the horse has developed or may develop, any such disease or the ability to spread such disease. DSA, Dressage KZN, and Buffelsbosch Equestrian, the Sponsors, the Organizers and any Officials appointed by these bodies, shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the Public or any other person or persons or their property at Buffelsbosch Equestrian for the duration of the show.
