QUALIFICATION 1. MEMBERSHIP: 2. PARTICIPANTS: Every participant must be a member a Taekwondo Club registered to World Taekwondo MNA Children (6-11), Cadets (12-14), Juniors (15-17), Seniors (+18) holders the Gup certificate or Dan certificate. 17 year old juniors may compete as juniors or

2 seniors but may not compete in both age categories at the same time. 3. UNIFORM: All athletes must have a WT-approved Poomsae competition uniform. Cadet Division (Ages 12-14): White top with red and black collar, plus blue pants for males; the same top, but with red pants, for females. Junior and Senior Division (Ages 15-50): White top with dark blue pants for males; white top with light blue pants for females. Master Division (Ages 51 and older): Yellow top and dark blue pant for both males and females REGISTRATION: 5. DEADLINE: euro/athlete for participation in one competition class; 50 euro/athlete for participation in two competition classes; 60 euro/athlete for participation in three competition classes; Entry fees must be paid to the following account: 6. Class "C" and "B" perform one in the 1st and 2nd rounds (as stated), and 1 in the final the divisions. "A" class - they perform one in the 1st and 2nd rounds (as stated by Draw) and 2 in the final the divisions (required on a draw in advance). Organizers reserve their rights to make changes if needed CUT-OFF SYSTEM 10. GENERAL INFORMATION FOR RECOGNIZED POOMSAE (CLASS A): A draw lot will decide the which must be performed in every round. In each competition different Poomsae will be performed. Achieved points from the previous rounds will not be counted to the next round. The Poomsae have to be presented in the same order as they were drawn. After that (starting not later than 1 minute after the end the first Poomsae) the athlete has to start with the second. In case there is a tied score after the completion the final round on the rank 1, 2, 3 or 4, the contestant who is awarded more points in sensation shall be declared the winner. In case the score is still tied, the contestant with the highest total points (including the highest and lowest points) wins. If it s still tied the referee will decide on Poomsae to be performed before the final. The organizer reserves the right to reduce the number Poomsae to be performed in the preliminary and the semi-final round to one (1 )Poomsae. In the final two Poomsae are presented. Free Style Poomsae Competition: Round Participants 1 all athletes Free Style Single Competition: Participants age Division under years Division over years and higher Single competition: 1 athlete (m / f) Free Style Pair- and Team Competition: Participants age Age Division under years Division over years and higher Pair competition: 2 athletes (m+f) Team Competition: 5 athletes (m+m+m+f+f or f+f+f+m+m) 11. GENERAL INFORMATION FOR FREESTYLE POOMSAE: Free Style Poomsae is the performance based on taekwondo techniques with composition music and choreography. Music and choreography shall be the choice the contestant. The duration contest is from 60 to 90 seconds. The types foot techniques designated are as follows in sequence: - Heights jump - Number kicks in a jump

5 - Gradient spins in a spin kick - Performance level consecutive kicks - Acrobat actions Performed techniques must be within the boundary taekwondo. In Free Style Competition you perform only one Poomsae. 12. MUSIC: During registration time on Friday and Saturday, you can submit your music in MP3 format with the name the athlete and the class participation. 13. CLASSES: 14. PROTEST: 15. LIABILITY: A change the age category is not possible. The Team Competitors can only start in their respective age category. Only the ficial coach is allowed to protest after 10 minutes the pertinent contest. The protest is 100 euro which has to be paid immediately to the Management board. All contestants the championship participate at their own risk. By applying for participation all competitors or their parents or lawful guardians accept the exclusion liability. 16. SCORING: Places 1-4 will be scored for classification clubs and countries. For Overall Team Classification the formula will be used. 17. AWARDS: All individual athletes qualified from 1 st till 4 th will receive medal. All pairs qualified from 1 st till 4 th will receive medals; All team qualified from 1 st till 4 th will receive certificate. Team qualified from 1 st till 3 rd place will receive team trophies.
