We have great pleasure in inviting you to participate in this event. This event consists of classes in that take place throughout the week. As extra activities, we have organised classes in BODY BOARD and SURF, should you wish to attend. THE SEMINAR WILL CONSIST OF TAEKWONDO POOMSAE - COMPETITION AND TRADITIONAL, TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS. TAEKWONDO HO SHIN SUL - WITH AND WITHOUT KNIFE, DAN BONG AN CHAIRS. TAEKWONDO GENERAL ASPECTS OF THE MARTIAL. TAEKWONDO - SPECIFIC TRAINING WITH ELASTIC BANDS, TRX TRAINING, PLYOMETRIC TRAINING, TRAINING METHODOLOGY WITH THE ELECTRONIC DAEDO PROTECTORS. HAPKIDO SELF DEFENSE JUDO PROJECTIONS AND RESTRAINING THE OPPONENT IN THE GROUND TAI CHI CHUAN The classes will take place in the School Gymnasium and on the beach Classes are open to all athletes from 7 years of age. PRICES: COMPLETE TAEKWONDO SEMINAR TREE DAYS ONE SEMINAR CLASS In the event of a non TAEKWONDO practicing who wants to participate in the seminar, there is an extra of 10 registration for the insurance. Deadlines: REGISTRATION FOR THE TAEKWONDO SEMINAR MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE 15th OF JUNE. 3 The BODY BOARD or SURF classes will be for 2 hours with the maximum of 10 people per class. The price is per person / per class. (THE PRICE IS INCLUDES ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED SUIT AND BOARD) The instructor is SILVANO LOURENÇO, European champion in this sport. All participants of the seminar must bring: RUNNING SHOES, DOBOK, BELT & ALL TKD PROTECTIONS. All under age participants must bring parents authorisation signed (responsibility term). Failure to produce a signed authorisation will result in the participate being refused entry to the seminar. All adult participants must also have the responsibility term form complete and signed. Transportation, alimentation and accommodation are responsibility of the participants.
