For those with garage access, the UPS Trackside Services counter will be available to handle all shipments to and from the track. SECURITY: Twenty-four (24) hour general security is provided for the Skybox area, however, you are responsible for controlling access to your individual Suite or Chalet. These passes allow access to your hospitality area on the day printed on the pass and are intended for the person(s) managing the hospitality area. To purchase additional Hospitality Worker Passes, refer to the Additional Supplies Order Form in this guide. CATERING STAFF: In addition to our Homestead-Miami Speedway staff, catering personnel will be attending your Suite or Chalet. They will be wearing Americrown Service Corp. uniforms with appropriate identification. As part of the service provided by your caterer, one full-time service person will be assigned to your hospitality area for the duration of the event. Your server will be responsible for maintaining the food and bar set-ups, replenishing food service upon request, general clean-up, etc. SHOW CARS: Show car display space is available for Chalet Village clients and must be reserved in advance. Show cars will be placed in a mutually agreed upon location. No show cars, golf carts or other motorized vehicles may be operated inside the Chalet Village. Please indicate on the Hospitality Information Form if you would like to display a show car during the event. IDENTIFICATION SIGNAGE: Suite numbers and company identification signs will be posted in the lobby of each Skybox Suite level and at the entrance of each Turn 1 Suite, Pit Road Cabana and Chalet. Please indicate your preferred identification signage on the Hospitality Information Form included in this guide. 12

13 DÉCOR: Guests may not alter the existing décor or furnishings of the Hospitality Facility without prior approval by Homestead-Miami Speedway. Hospitality Clients must seek written approval from Homestead-Miami Speedway to display decorations, including but not limited to signs, banners, posters, or pictures in the Hospitality Facility. A written request for approval must be submitted to Homestead-Miami Speedway not less than thirty (30) days prior to event Hospitality Facility usage. Homestead- Miami Speedway shall reply to client in writing not more than ten (10) days following the receipt of the request, and shall not unreasonably withhold approval. No banners or signage may be displayed from the railings outside of your Suite or Chalet. HOSPITALITY ADMISSIONS: A valid suite admission is required for all guests in order to enter the appropriate suite location. A Chalet admission and grandstand ticket is required for all guests to access the Chalet Village. Additional suite admissions (limited availability) are available for purchase, please see the Hospitality Information Form in this guide for pricing and to place order. LIMITATIONS: An IRL or NASCAR Annual Credential or Single Event License (SEL) DOES NOT allow access into any hospitality or suite area. If you intend to have a Driver/Celebrity Appearance in your chalet, cabana, or suite, please contact Homestead-Miami Speedway prior to the event to ensure accessibility into the hospitality areas. RAIN DELAY: In the event the race is postponed, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. CHALETS: All chalets are located in green permanent tents on asphalt in the Chalet Village. 15 A predetermined number of transferrable Pre-Race Track Tour passes are included with your NASCAR hospitality package for Ford Championship Weekend. Pre-Race Track Tour passes allow access into the infield, fronstretch, and Pit Road; they do not allow access into the NASCAR Sprint Cup Garages. SUNDAY PRE-RACE TRACK TOUR GUIDELINES: Pre-race Track Tours are scheduled from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday, November 21 st. We encourage you to begin your last tour no later than 10:00am. No tours will be permitted after 12 noon. Pit row is subject to early closure at the discretion of NASCAR or Homestead-Miami Speedway The track tour area may be entered at any of the following locations (refer to Map): Turn 1 Suites: Enter between Sections Chalet Village and Skyboxes: Enter between Sections (at the Start/Finish line) Pit Road Cabanas: Enter Pit Road through Victory Lane between Cabanas 15 & 16 or from the stairwell at Cabana 1 Pre-race Track Tour badges are transferable so that each of your guests has the opportunity to participate. Pre-race Track Tour groups are limited to twenty-five (25) guests per tour. Pre-race Track Tour badges must be worn or displayed in a visible manner at all times while in the pit area. Tours must be guided by a representative of your host company. Tour leaders are required for groups and are responsible for escorting the tour group throughout the pit access. Pre-race Track Tour guides are encouraged to use company signs as a means of identifying their group. At no time are tour participants to stray from their group. If you would like to request Tour Guides provided by Homestead-Miami Speedway, please contact Stacey Mikulak at or smikulak@homesteadmiamispeedway.com to schedule your tour times by Nov. 1st. All requests will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. 15

16 GOLF CART POLICY: Golf carts or other approved vehicles used on the Homestead-Miami Speedway property are permitted for business purposes only. No personal use is allowed for any reason. Permitted golf carts must be registered (including provision of insurance) with Homestead-Miami Speedway and must display the yearly ISC or official event registration credential on the golf cart at all times. Golf Cart Credentials must be arranged prior to event weekend through Americrown by contacting Shanna Elliott at or Permitted golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver over the age of 18. No one under the influence of alcohol may operate a golf cart. No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cart. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any powered vehicle, except for outside commercial delivery purposes only. Violation of these regulations will result in the golf cart being impounded for the remainder of the event weekend. A designated golf cart parking and route policy has been enforced. Please refer to the map below for parking zones. Golf Carts are not allowed in the Hospitality Villages at any time. Any golf carts parked in a non-designated area will be towed and moved to a designated parking zone. Golf Carts are not permitted in the Racing Village one hour prior & after the race. An alternative route has been outlined below. 16

All other parking areas exit North. There are many parking areas, please encourage guests to write down their parking lot & location. Encourage guests to review inbound & outbound traffic maps to ensure a smooth ingress & egress process. 18

19 INFORMATION CENTERS: Tiki huts, indentified by Information signs, are located throughout the Speedway. Please check the facility map for Information Center locators. LOST AND FOUND: Lost children and personal items (keys, wallets, glasses, etc.) may be taken to or claimed from: The Police Command Post inside of Gate 3 to the east Inside the Infield Media Center After the event, calls regarding lost or found items should be directed to the Security office at CHILD IDENTIFICATION: Children may receive a free identification wristband at Information Centers. The child s bracelet prerecords the family s seat location and name. This program will assist in reuniting children with parents who have become lost. Please extend the courtesy of asking others seated around you if smoking will impact their event experience in an unfavorable manner. Please do not smoke in the presence of others who request that you do not. Smoking is not allowed indoors at any time. **Champions Club Patrons: Smoking will not be allowed in the Champions Club seating area. Please follow smoking signs for designated smoking areas. 19

20 BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages purchased inside the facility may not exit the gates. Beverages served in the Hospitality Areas may not be removed or carried to other areas of the facility. Additionally, consumption by minors is prohibited. Your help in complying with these rules is greatly appreciated. Please remember to ask your guests to always drink responsibly. ATMs / CREDIT CARDS: ATMs are located at various locations throughout the facility. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at all Ticket Offices and gift shops. GIFT SHOP/SOUVENIR MERCHANDISE: The gift shop is located in the lobby of the Administration Building. A variety of official Homestead-Miami Speedway and event merchandise is offered. 21 DISABLED GUESTS: If you anticipate hosting disabled guests, please notify the Speedway no later than two weeks prior to the event to ensure appropriate accommodations. All hospitality areas are accessible by guests with disabilities. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling or on race weekends at the Ticket Box Office (based on availability). Guests with disabilities can be assisted by and seated with one companion. Accessible Parking Information Accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis in Blue Lot and Lot A (South Blue Lot). A state issued disabled license plate or windshield hanging credential must be displayed to access accessible parking areas. (The person to/for whom the pass is issued must be present in the car.) For Pit Road Cabana guests needing accessible parking, please call as soon as possible. Disability Assistance Carts Homestead-Miami Speedway has a fleet of disability assistance golf carts to help our guests who require assistance. This fleet of specially designated golf carts will assist a disabled guest and one companion. Disability Assistance Carts are available to deliver disabled guests and one (1) companion to the admission gate closest to their seat location. After the checkered flag, disabled guests must return to the nearest admission gate or information center for transport back to their vehicle. Please be advised that delays may occur during peak volume times immediately before and after the race. Disabled guest transports will occur in the order of the guests arrival on a first come, first served basis. For the safety of all guests, disability assistance carts may not be operational immediately following the conclusion of the event. HMS staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operation. Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV s) Physically impaired, disabled or handicapped persons are permitted to use purpose-built, single person electric convenience vehicles (ECV s). These vehicles will not require a registration credential. Elevators Access to the upper grandstands wheelchair seating on row 49 is available via the Speedway Club Seating elevator located behind Section 215. Access is restricted to the disabled guest and one companion. Administration Building elevators are reserved for Skybox Suite guests. Pit Road Cabana elevators are located between Cabanas 15 & 16 behind Gatorade Victory Lane. 21

22 A valid 2010 Certificate of Insurance is required for all Hospitality and Display spaces. Please see the requirements below. INSURANCE: Throughout the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall secure and maintain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy (including coverage for bodily injury and property damage) with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and including as additional insured: Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and the City of Homestead (collectively, the Indemnified Parties ).
