3 A.6 Report after arrival Before moving to the accommodation, all teams must report to the Competition Office in the main building. It is taken for granted, that the participants from the national federations have entered a health, accident and liability insurance A.9 Import and export of rifles and ammunition: All athletes and coaches of member federation from an EU state carrying a rifle must hold an European firearms passport Non-EU residents have to complete a customs form when entering the country and have to deposit 20 % cash of the customs value of the rifle which will be returned when re-exporting the weapon. Rifles and ammunition may be stored in the hotel. A.10 Regulations regarding radio equipment: Import, export and operation of radio equipment without charge. A.11 Regulations regarding medicines When entering Austria, the teams must be capable of proving their own needs of medicines carried when asked to do so. A.12 Visa Regulations and applications: The following nations need a visa to enter and stay in Austria: ARM, BIH, BLR; CHN, GEO, KAZ, KGZ, MDA, MKD, RUS, SRB, TUR, UKR, UZB Appendix 4 provides: Visa invitation request (deadline for transmission is 17th November 2018) List of Embassies page 3
