Since it was at the end of the day an evaluation, design, and cost, I did feel the need to call and have a review of what I did agree to. I did not change a thing but was glad to have Mr. Leiser come back... The work crew was absolutely wonderful! They were very courteous, prompt, and even finished the work early! We now have a beautiful, care free courtyard thanks to J.P. Pierce's design and the crew that implemented the design. Went with due to the 25 years warranty, larger company, etc. Had other bids we should have went with. Problems all the way through! From getting a written contract in place representing the work agreed to to the work getting completed properly... Painful. Found out they use subcontractors... Scott Hartman., Matt Lemon (project manager) and crew did an outstanding job!! I would highly recommend the work they and their crews did. Mario was also very helpful. System pavers was able to schedule an initial meeting the soonest. They also sent me a survey to understand my needs and expectations. On the day of the meeting, Lidiana showed up on time... The crew that did my patio extension and fireplace were hard working and efficient. They did a wonderful job! They were professional, efficient and so talented. My patio is a work of art that I can enjoy many years. understood what I wanted done and why. We worked together to devise a plan and price that was mutually acceptable. They were understanding when my yearly bonus was 1/4 the expected amount and I needed to postpone the start date. Outstanding service by Kerry. Matt and the team. New drive looks great. We learned about at a home show a few years ago, and are so happy that we contacted them when we were ready to move ward with our paver patio project. Matt, Jeremy and Cari were awesome! The project was quite a bit over the budget we had set, but it is beautiful, and exceeded our expectations,... did a great job on our patio. From design to installation everything was top notch. Everyone we worked with was friendly, patient and understanding of our needs. The job was completed in exactly the time frame they said and they checked in with us almost everyday during the construction... I appreciate their 25 year warranty and they were very helpful with getting the project finished in a timely manner. The workmanship is great. Was very professional and the job was done quickly The quality of work exceeded our expectations. Mar 07, 2018 The initial meeting was with the sales representative who gave us some great suggestions to improve the design of the project and very efficiently worked us through the initial bid. The entire undertaking moved very efficiently as I was kept inmed throughout by the project manager.. It was apparent... I thought that they did a great job. It looks amazing. We were amazed at how quickly and how professionally this job got done. Everyone from was great. They helped us find the right design and material our backyard, were friendly and efficient when they were on site and it looks great! I loved working with from the first contact with Kerry Covington to the scheduling and completion of the patio. Both of them had major issues and delays in projects that lasted up to a year in delays. System Pavers came in with a plan and executed to the plan beyond my expectations. My place is beautiful and I love nothing more than hanging out in... Our experience with was absolutely wonderful...and painless! The process from beginning to end was smooth and by the numbers. They did a wonderful job in helping us select the right pavers our landscape and even worked out all permit issues. Can't say enough about the great... Our new patio looks amazing! We will finally (we've lived here 17 years) be able to use it. The pavers look so much better than the old concrete that was falling apart. The old, ugly red brick walls were covered with cultured stone to match that on the front of the house. Jeremy, our project manager... I had a great experience working with JP during the creation and planning phase of my project. He made a fantastic 3D rendering that really helped visualize the project bee we broke any ground.
