4 ENTRY RULES 1 All entries must be on the official entry form. 2 The show is open to all members of the British Cactus and Succulent Society except for Classes 49 to 51 which are for High Wycombe Branch members and novices only. 3 All entries must reach the Show Secretary not later than Thursday 19th May A maximum of two entries per exhibitor is allowed per class. 5 All entries are free and no prize money will be awarded. 6 Staging of exhibits must take place between the times stated on the schedule. Exhibits may not be removed before 4pm on the day of the Show. 7 Plants must be the property of the exhibitor. 8 Judging will be in accordance with "The Handbook of Shows 10th Edition". A copy will be available from the Show Secretary. 9 Any objections must be made in writing to the Show Secretary by 2 pm on the day of the show accompanied by a deposit of 1 which will be returned if the protest is upheld. 10 High Wycombe Branch will take all reasonable measures to provide security but cannot accept liability for loss or damage to plants or personal property. 11 The Judge may withhold an award in any class where they think the entry is not of a sufficient standard. 12 Prize cards will be awarded as follows: 1st place = 5 pts 2nd place = 3 pts 3rd place = 2 pts Highly commended = 1 pt 13 All trophies are awarded for a period of 1 year and must be returned to the Show Secretary 1 month before the next show.
