2 Notes/Other Information: 1. Tournament Fee: $200/team please make payable to (due at tournament) 2. If there is a tie at the round robin, the tie-breaker will be as follows: a. The record between the teams b. Points against vs. all teams Maximum point differential is 25 points 3. Please forward your team roster to me as soon as possible. It should include the following: a. School Name c. School Mascot b. Name of Coaches d. Name and number of players 4. Change Rooms are located in the Irving Gymnasium-please use the main entrance-teams will have access to their own change room 45 minutes before and ½ hour after each game. 5. There are no outdoor footwear allowed in the gymnasium it is recommended that all spectators and coaches bring alternate foot wear. 6. Please ensure that all participants change from their outdoor footwear to their indoor footwear before they enter the gymnasium. 7. All coaches are asked to make sure that they clean up after their team, in the change room, and on the bench. 8. If your team would like to eat meals at the RNS Dining hall the meal times and costs are as follows: Friday dinner 5:30-7:00 ($10.00/person) Saturday/Sunday cold breakfast 9:00-11:00 ($5.00/person) Saturday/Sunday brunch 11:00-1:00 ($10/person) 9. Awards: a. Player of the Game coaches pick their own Player of the Game and there will be a short ceremony following each game to present these b. There will be a short awards ceremony following the final game 10. Parking at the tournament must be in the parking lot behind the Memorial Arena. Please do not park at the gymnasium or on the side of the road. 11.
