Teams for all levels boys and girls: Bantams: Projected numbers 34 skaters and 4 goalies with a possible co/op with Little Falls to fill out the roster on the B2 team. Recommend 3 Bantam teams at the following levels: AA, B1 and B2. Regardless of the outcome of the proposed co-op with Little Falls, we recommend hosting both Bantam B1 and Bantam B2 tournaments (easy to fill) Pee Wee: Projected numbers 43 skaters and 7 goalies Recommend 4 Pee Wee teams at the following levels: AA, B1, B and B2 Post season recommendations: o AA Region Tournament o B1 Higher District Tournament o B & B2 option of playing in the lower District Tournament If the Pee Wee numbers fall below 39 skaters the recommendation would then be to field 3 teams Squirts: Projected numbers 47 skaters and 4 goalies Recommend 4 Squirt teams at the following levels: A, B1, B and B2 Post season recommendations: o A District Tournament o B1 Higher District Tournament o B & B2 option of playing in the lower District Tournament 12U: Projected numbers 19 skaters and 2 goalies with 5 additional skaters from Little Falls Recommend 2 12U teams at the following levels: A and B

3 10U: Projected numbers skaters and 1 goalies with the possibility of 2 additional skaters from Little Falls Recommend 2 10U teams at the following levels: B and B (tiered) All In attendance approved unanimously the above level/team designations for the 2018/2019 season 2. Mini Mite/6U & Mite/8U Handbook: All in attendance approved unanimously the MiniMite/6U & Mite/8U Handbook as presented (see attachment) 3. Update on Girls Hockey Partnership: Committee introduced: Jim Ernster, Paul Brochert, Sara Borchert, Eric Jendro, Ryan Glas, Jim Brau Meetings with Little Falls have been conducted in order to explore the possibility of a co/op with some or all of our girl s programs. Depending on outcome of these meetings, we may approach others for the purpose of additional girls youth hockey co/op opportunities. Committee: Volunteer Committee Date of Last Meeting: Update from Committee Chair: Lisa Roberts 9 of the 16 Warrior Fest shifts have been claimed. A follow up will be sent to both players with outstanding hours and all other members asking available people to claim shifts. There are still 31 players with outstanding hours. 7 of those players have claimed Warrior Fest shifts. The total number of outstanding hours is 106 hours. 24 of those hours will be fulfilled after Warrior Fest. 4 Thank you to Cassie Kappes for her help over the past several years on the team. Will continue with Pizza Sales and Raffle Sales as fundraisers for the Season. Pizza Buyouts will move from $90 to $115. Raffle Prizes will be evaluated over the next couple of months and the list will be formed. Planning a family golf event at Craguns Par 3 course. Golf or foot golf will be able to be played. A date should be set in the next few weeks and then can be added to the BAHA calendar. A couple other fun events are being explored and facts are being gathered at this time to see if it is feasible. 5 Kart Country - Aug 22 Parking Lot Party (Open House) - Sept 23 Committee: Communications/Schedule Ad-Hoc Committee Last Meeting: April 16 Update from Committee Chair: Jessica Gangl Nicole, Sarah and Jessica got together to outline the events/activities throughout the year who should be in charge of what etc. We started a working calendar to get the ball rolling. We will need another meeting or two to further nail down the details. The goal of this effort is to more effectively communicate with our membership in a timely manner the association on-goings. We hope this effort will help families to feel more connected to our association and feel less anxiety by being
