2 What Is The Berks Brawl? Annual event hosted by Lincoln Park Football Association (LPFA) 2018 will be our 8 th year! The Berks Brawl is held two weeks before the start of the Berks County Inter Youth Football League season Offers kids and coaches the opportunity to assess the skills and player development on their teams Fun day for this kids, coaches and families You may view of recap video of the video of the 2017 Berks Brawl by visiting -

3 Where & When Is The Berks Brawl? The Berks Brawl is held Saturday August 25, 2018 We essentially open at 6:30am and end the day around 4-5 pm (depending on the amount of participating teams) games begin around 8am Parents will begin to arrive by 6:30am for premium seating and parking spots Sponsorships of $200 or more include a premium parking spot (car must be parked by 6:45am in VIP parking lot) The Berks Brawl is held at Wilson West Middle School 450 Faust Road Sinking Spring, PA 19608

4 Who Attends The Berks Brawl? Team players, families, siblings of players, extended families and coaches from Berks, Northern Lancaster & Lebanon County attend the Berks Brawl. In 2017 we hosted the following teams, Reading, Governor Mifflin, Exeter, Cocalico, Van Reed & Lincoln Park (Wilson SD), Wyomissing, Wyomissing, Berks Catholic, Muhlenberg, Ebenezer (Lebanon County) Conrad Weiser, Daniel Boone. In 2017 we had over 1,300 children register to play In 2017 we estimated parent attendance of about 2,500 (most children haveparents, grandparents, aunts and uncleswatch as this is the first full contact game of the child s season)

5 Who Should Sponsor The Berks Brawl? Any business that wishes to get in front of families with school age children between the ages of 7-12 Businesses who enjoy meeting in person their prospects and potential customers Businesses who can engage and put something in the hands of the parents/children attending the event eg. flyer, promotional item Businesses who see value in supporting their community In 2017 we had the following businesses support Berks Brawl Redner s Markets, Furniture Mattress Discount King, Janks Landscaping, EtchFit, Ball Cannon, Sneaker Villa, A to Z Vacuum, The Perk Up Truck, Larry s Tropical Sno, Cheers Bow by Cheer Mom

7 Sign Sponsorship - $75.00 layout included in cost. 18 x 24 sign is placed in main concourse where attendees walk. Multiple sign discount as follows, 2-4 signs = 10% savings. 5 or more signs = 20% savings. Multiple signs will be placed throughout the school campus and play fields.

Business Booth Sponsorship - $275.00 Booths are placed in the main concourse parallel to where attendees walk and across from 4 of the playing fields.

8 Business Booth Sponsorship - $ Booths are placed in the main concourse parallel to where attendees walk and across from 4 of the playing fields. Premium placement beside LPFA concession stand add $ (2 available). 10 x 10 space, must bring your own table and chairs. Electric arranged for a fee of $

9 Field Sponsorship - $ sign layout & design included in cost. Two 3 x 5 vinyl banners included in each field sponsorship. Placed prominently on fields adjacent to main concourse (4 fields total)

10 Berks Brawl T-Shirt Sponsorship - Your company logo & contact info on the annual Berks Brawl t-shirt sold to both kids and adults. Pick one sleeve or the back, purchase both sleeves and save 10% on the total sponsorship. Sleeve sponsorship - $2,000 (2 available) or Back side sponsorship under the numbers - $2,000 (1 available) Sleeve sponsorship - $2,000 (2 available) Back side sponsorship under the numbers - $2,000 (1 available)
