1 2014 EXPO AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT BEAR CREEK MOUNTAIN RESORT JULY Overview The USA Cycling Cross Country MTB National Championships will once again be held at Bear Creek Mountain Resort on July 17-20, For four days in July, our nation s best riders will converge on eastern Pennsylvania all vying for a shot at winning the coveted stars and stripes jersey in XC, Super-D and Short Track that is given to our national champions. Bear Creek Mountain Resort, located in the Lehigh Valley, home to both Bicycling Magazine and the Valley Preferred Cycling Center (also known at the Velodrome) has been a hotbed for cyclists for years. Located only 50 miles from Philadelphia, 90 miles from New York City and 120 miles from the Baltimore/ Washington DC metro area, Bear Creek is the perfect location for the national championships. In 2013 we attracted over 1,000 racers with 1,500 unique entries and over 5,000 spectators over the course of four days. This year promises to be even bigger and we want you to be part of it. This year we plan to separate the Team area and the Expo. We plan on moving the Expo closer to the racing by utilizing our base area as the Expo. This should give you more exposure to the masses on a daily basis. We hope that you will consider being part of this one of a kind event.

3 Sponsorship Opportunities Expo Initial space given to Expo vendors is 10 x 10. Extra space is available at additional fees. Vendor spots will be determined based on size of vehicles needed. Large rigs will need to be located in Lot 2 just off the plaza. Electric is available if needed. We can provide tables and chairs if needed. We will not provide tents. Overnight Security is provided. The event is rain or shine. Includes an invitation to Bear Creek s Deck Party at the Friday Night World Series of Cycling at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center.
