We have selected a great group of bulls that represent our breeding program. Lorenzen Ranches has been breeding Red Angus and Composite bulls for over 55 years and are in our third generation of producing the kind of bulls that make ranchers profitable. Lorenzen Ranches commercial customers have been topping video auction sales all across the country and when buyers see the Lorenzen emblem on cattle selling they know that the cattle will perform well and hang on the rail with lots of premiums. Lorenzen Ranches is the winner of the most Red Angus Gridmaster awards than any other seedstock program in the country.

3 terms and conditions Terms: Terms of the sale are cash. Every animal will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling disputes as to bids. Announced changes in catalog information on sale day take precedence over printed material in this catalog. All cattle are the Buyer s property as soon as sold and will be cared for until March 31, 2012 at the Buyer s risk. Any person attending the sale does so at his own risk. Neither the owners, nor any person connected with this sale, assume any liability, legal or otherwise. Breeding Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be breeders. All claims for adjustment or refund must be made in writing within six months of sale date. In the event that an animal is claimed to be a non-breeder, the Purchaser may return the animal to the ranch of the Seller in good condition and complying with the health requirements of the Seller s state. The Seller shall be obligated to replace the animal with another of equal value or to refund the purchase price. The return of the full purchase price shall in any case be deemed full satisfaction and settlement. If the Seller proves the animal to be a breeder, it shall be the obligation of the Purchaser to take delivery of the animal at the Purchaser s expense, with the exception of animals shown by Purchaser after the sale. The breeding guarantees, if any, shall be such as agreed upon between Seller and Buyer. Registration and Transfer: Registration certificates will be transferred to the Buyer, upon his request, at the Seller s expense. Buyers must give the settlement clerk complete name and address information for making transfers. Seller s Semen Rights: Seller reserves the rights to keep a breeding interest in any bull so designated in the catalog or during the auction. In the event Seller elects to collect semen from a designated bull, it will be done at Seller s expense and during such time when Purchaser is not using the bull for breeding. Fertility: All animals are yearling virgins. Each bull has been fertility tested and examined for soundness. Scrotal dimensions have been recorded in this catalog. Delivery: All bulls FOB Torrington Livestock Market unless other arrangements have been made with Lorenzen Ranches. Contract: The above terms and conditions shall constitute a contract between the Buyer and Seller of each animal sold. Implied Warranty: Except for those stated in the terms and conditions, there are no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the cattle being sold in this auction. The warranties set forth in the terms and conditions are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied, and the remedies provided therein shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the Buyer, or any party claiming through the Buyer, for any breach of warranty or guarantee therein provided and all other obligations or liabilities. Payment: Payment will be made in Cash sale day, unless previous arrangements have been made. Default: In the event the Buyer defaults on payment, the Buyer shall be responsible for all costs, including attorney s costs, incurred by Sale Management or Seller in connection with collecting, or attempting to collect, payment due.
