CLOTHES Sprint clothing optional Forest Run clothing covering the whole body except the head, neck and hands 6. STARTING NUMBERS All competitors must run with starting numbers. Start numbers will be available in packages starting. 7. RULES Competition will be held under the provisions of Polish Orienteering Association.

3 8. CONFIRMATION CP During the competition will be used the electronic system SPORTident. 9. MEDICAL CARE The organizer provides medical care. Emergency number: 112 Event Director: TERMINATION THE RACE Competitors who are forced to interrupt, must check in at the finish line to inform the Organizers. 11. GPS TRACKING During the competition will be used for GPS tracking of selected competitors. On the third day the list of competitors who will run with GPS will be determined on the basis of the results after two stages. List of people with GPS for day 1 and 2 GPS receivers will be issued to competitors in the first starting box. Flat land. There is normal traffic in the housing estate. Competitors are subject to traffic regulations Start: Start at 7:00 p.m. Distance from Event Center to Start 100m. Parking: There will not be organized parking in the Event Center.

Forest works were carried out in the area, resulting in new outages and paths. Parking: Near by Event Center. Finish In the Event Center. Bufet In the Event Center will be located a well-stocked buffet. Washing At the Center of the Competition you will be able to wash in a bowl with cold water.

LUNCH It is possible to order lunch on Saturday afternoon at school.
