The Debbie Green Health & Fitness Expo is FREE and open to the public. Race participants and their families, race fans and fitness enthusiasts from throughout the Ohio Valley will be in attendance. There will be products, goods and services consistent with the latest running and walking aparel and fitness industry. Also included will be local and regional running and walking clubs, gyms and fitness clubs, hospitals, health and wellness-focused businesses and civic organizations. Local, regional and national vendors are also welcome. This expo will be the perfect location to promote these businesses and organizations. Race participants will pass through the expo at WesBanco Arena to the packet pickup area to ensure the attendees will pass by event booths. 2 Expo General Information 2 day Health and Fitness Expo is one of our many exciting events that will happen race weekend, its free and open to the public, registered race runners and walkers and their families. Race fans and fitness enthusiasts from throughout the Ohio Valley will attend the expo. There will be products, goods and services consistent with the latest running and walking road and trail apparel and the fitness industry. Also included will be local, regional and national vendors, running and walking clubs, gyms, fitness clubs, nutritional supplement, body building, and cycling companies, hospitals and health and wellness focused businesses and organizations. WesBanco Arena will be the perfect location to promote these businesses and organizations. This expo will focus on all aspects of the health, wellness and fitness industry for people of all ages. All race participants will pass thru the expo to pick up there race information. Traffic flow thru the expo will be designed to ensure that all attendees will pass by each booth. This is a great chance to get the latest running, walking, nutritional, fitness, apparel and sports equipment. Talk with the people that know these industries and also to learn more about local health and wellness opportunities that exist here in Wheeling and beyond. 3 EXHIBIT SPACE CONTRACT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS The Debbie Green Health and Fitness Expo August 3rd and August 4 th, 2018 WesBanco Arena Debbie Green 5K, is the owner, organizer, and manager of the Debbie Green 5K, and the Health and Fitness expo. The standard booth size at the health and fitness expo will be 10X10 feet. Vendors can rent additional booth space. Exhibitors understand that the expo will be open for business between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Friday August 3rd, and 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Saturday August 4 th, The exhibitor must submit full payment of $125 per each 10 X 10, in the form of a check made payable to The Debbie Green Memorial Fund. The exhibitor fees being paid to the Debbie Green Memorial Fund are tax deductible. The exhibitor agrees to be responsible for all services and other charges contracted for by the exhibitor representatives. The exhibitor understands that setup is between the hours of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Friday August 3 rd, The exhibitor will not insert nails, tacks or screws into the walls, will not use scotch tape on walls and or columns and will use only decoration materials approved by the WesBanco Arena. The exhibitor will be responsible for any damage to WesBanco Arena property caused by exhibitor or its representatives. Wheeling, WV fire departments rules must be observed. Space assignment will be at the discretion of the Debbie Green 5K. Booth space cannot be sublet out to other vendors or friends, no piggy back of exhibit. In case of exhibitor cancellation, fees are non-refundable unless unforeseen circumstances and the last minute cancellation of the expo would occur, (less a $50 service charge). The Debbie Green 5K, or any of the race sponsors are in no way liable for damage or loss to any exhibitor s properties through theft, fire, accident or any other destructive cause. Whether the result of negligence or otherwise or for partial refund in the event of the cancellation of the expo. Also Debbie Green 5K is not liable for the inability to exhibit due to weather or terrorist activities. Exhibitors are advised to carry floater insurance to cover exhibit material, public liability insurance for injury to the person and property of others. The Debbie Green 5K and its sponsors and WesBanco Arena assumes no liability for any injury that may occur to visitors to the exhibitions, exhibitors, there agents and employees, or others. Exhibitors agree not to make claims against the Debbie Green 5K and WesBanco Arena its employees or agents.

4 Debbie Green 5K reserves the right to require changes in any exhibit that is deemed detrimental to the exhibition, WesBanco Arena, other exhibitors or attendees or that which is not in compliance with Wheeling WV Fire regulations. Exhibitors must confine their activities and or distribution of any material to the space for which they have contracted. The exhibitor is charged with having knowledge of national, state and local restrictions on merchandising, advertising or promotional activities undertaking by his or her representative, and with payment of any necessary taxes. Each exhibitor will be required to provide a taxpayer identification number to the Debbie Green 5K if applicable. WesBanco Arena will supply each exhibitor with the standard display table and 2 chairs. Displays must be positioned so as not to obstruct other exhibitors. WesBanco Arena and the Debbie Green 5K reserves the right to refuse booth rental space at its discretion. The license granted by this contract is personal and may not be transferred without the written consent of the Debbie Green 5K. All conditions to the contract are contained in this letter, there are no verbal agreements of any kind.
