3 WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT? The Hollywood Supernatural Championships is a Natural Bodybuilding Competition (judged posing event), held in Hollywood Los Angeles, on June 30th The show is sanctioned by the INBF/WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation). It s the most thrilling and competitive NATURAL bodybuilding event in L.A. Our show not only feature local athletes, but also natural competitors throughout the US and the world. All of these stellar athletes are competing for a Pro Card. This year we are expecting between 70 to 100 competitors, ranging from Teens to Masters, while our spectator turnout is expected to be between 300 to 400 people. In addition to the main event, we are hosting a vendor fair. This is allowing businesses to exhibit and sell their products to those in attendance. As with any bodybuilding show, the sponsors are making an exciting and sustainable endeavor. It is with much pride that we offer you an opportunity to be part of this wonderful adventure. WHY SHOULD YOU SUPPORT OUR EVENT? As promoters we have made our mission and feel that, it is our duty to give back and reinvigorate the sport of NATURAL bodybuilding by promoting health, nutrition, and fitness while giving athletes a wonderful experience on stage. This is a unique opportunity for you to reach out to natural, vegan, paleo or keto athletes in the West Coast and the US. This community understands the importance of good and clean nutrition to reach optimal health and fitness. 2

5 ABOUT OUR FEDERATION In the late 1980 s, the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) was founded in New York with a goal to promote drug tested bodybuilding events. All WNBF competitors underwent both polygraph and urinalysis testing, as this type of testing was the first of its kind in professional athletics. The integrity of such testing, and following a formidable banned substance list is known and respected worldwide as solely that of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. This testing is the backbone of our federation, and it will never be compromised! The WNBF aims to provide information to the population at large regarding the dangers of drug usage in sports activities, and to provide a positive and fair competitive arena for its athletes. The WNBF sanctions bodybuilding and physique competitions throughout the United States of America, with independent affiliates worldwide. This span of natural events is the strongest internationally, and our domestic promoters are those with the highest level of integrity and devotion to this great sport. The WNBF supports event promoters, judges, and other agents of the sport to achieve these same goals. Seminars, classes, and training camps shall be promoted nationally to educate and inspire the rewards of attaining fitness goals naturally through the attributes of exercise and sound nutrition. 6 ABOUT OUR SHOW Contest Name: The Hollywood SuperNatural Championships Pro Qualifier Date: Saturday June 30, 2018 Location: Bancroft Auditorium N Las Palmas Ave, Los Angeles Sanctioning Body: INBF WNBF Athletes: Projected number of athletes 75 Athlete Profile: Teen competitors through Masters Competitors We expect a large percentage of the competitors to be first time to novice competitors with a small percentage of seasoned athletes preparing for upcoming WNBF pro-qualifying events. Attendees: Projected number of attendees: Attendee Profile: Broad range. We expect a majority will be attending to support athletes with little motivation to compete themselves. However, many will be gym attendees looking for additional inspiration. Sponsors: Projected number of Sponsors: 4-5 A high percentage of the sponsors will be local vendors supporting a community event. We would also like to attract some national level vendors in an attempt to broaden the appeal of this particular event. Media Coverage: Prior to the contest, the show will be advertised in Fitness and Physique Magazine, listed on the natural bodybuilding websites, and mentioned in local print media community events section. 5

7 RATES & OPPORTUNITIES These additional opportunities allow you to reach our targeted audience through nontraditional media. The following is a list, with descriptions; of the various ways your business can receive recognition for its contribution to the event. The dollar range of sponsorship is outlined on following page. Title Sponsor This is an all-inclusive opportunity. Your company becomes the headline of the show and would include all subsequent opportunities. Maximum of 2 sponsor will be allowed at this level. Primary Sponsor Maximum of 4 sponsors will be allowed at this level. Booth You will have a space in our vendor fair to market and sell your products and services to the attending bodybuilding athletes and their fans. Sponsor with a booth is responsible for reporting all income/sales tax at their booth. Booth size: 1 table & 2 chairs Social Media - We will feature posts and hash-tag on Facebook and Instagram. Website Branding - Your logo and a link to your website will be available on the Sponsors section of our website. Newsletters - Your company name, logo and a link to your website will appear on our monthly newsletter. T-Shirt All competitors will receive t-shirts with your logo proudly displayed on the back. Additionally, t-shirts will be on sale to the attending fans (approx. 5 years of advertising). 6

8 Event Poster & Flyer Your logo will appear on the event poster, which will be mounted in gyms around the L.A Area, giving your company months of exposure (2,000 impressions). Official Program You may also purchase advertising space in the official show program distributed at the evening portion of the event. 10 APPLICATION FOR BOOTH SPACE Exhibitor Badges Each booth includes two (2) FREE exhibitor badges. $50 per additional badge/$65 at the door. (sponsors receive placement preference). Booth Rate Installation: 8:00 AM, Saturday, June 30th Hours of Exposition: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 PM, Saturday, June 30th Booth price $500 Booth includes 6 draped table, two (2) chairs and one (1) wastebasket. $250 Non-Refundable deposit must accompany this application to reserve booth space. Balance MUST be received on or before April 30th 2018 NO EXCEPTIONS. 11 BOOTH SPACE RULES AND REGULATIONS We agree to exhibit the following products or services: We agree to pay for said booth space based on the 2018 rates. : 50 % Booth deposit due April 30 th 2018 and 50% due June 1st, 2018 (See rates and opportunities). We acknowledge that space not fully paid for at time of placement will be open to other exhibitors. We fully understand that this application shall become a binding contract upon acceptance by the Promoters. Exhibitor agrees to accept relocation if it becomes necessary or advisable in the sole judgment of Promoters. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of his/her space. No person, firm, or organization not assigned to exhibit space shall be permitted to exhibit or solicit business within any occupied part of the show or related events. Exhibitor badges are for booth staff only. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in penalty and possibly prohibition from exhibiting in the future. AGREEMENT The undersigned applicant hereby applies for space in the 2018 Hollywood Supernatural Expo subject to the Booth Space Rules and Regulations and instructions of the Promoters. We have read and agree to abide by all instructions, exhibitor information and the rules and regulations, which are part of this agreement.
