1 OKEECHOBEE CLOSURE: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW All Aboard Florida will close Okeechobee Boulevard in both directions at the FEC (Quadrille Blvd) RR tracks from Friday, May 13th at 8:00pm until Tuesday, May 17th at 6:00pm. MOST eastbound Okeechobee Blvd. traffic will be diverted at Tamarind/Parker Avenue (the TriRail RR tracks). ALL westbound traffic on Lakeview Ave. will be diverted onto Quadrille Blvd. Drivers heading to the PBC Convention Center, the Convention Center Hilton hotel, CityPlace South Tower, the Kravis Center or other LOCAL destinations on Okeechobee Blvd. east of Tamarind/Parker Ave. will be permitted past the detour. ALL OTHER DRIVERS ARE ASKED TO AVOID OKEECHOBEE BLVD. EAST OF TAMARIND/PARKER AVE. The ramp from Australian Avenue to eastbound Okeechobee Blvd. WILL BE CLOSED. You will be able to access westbound Okeechobee Blvd. from Australian Ave. All ramps from Okeechobee Blvd (both directions) to Australian Ave. WILL BE OPEN. I-95 ramps to/from both eastbound and westbound Okeechobee Blvd. will be open HOWEVER DRIVERS ARE ASKED TO AVOID EXITING I-95 ONTO EASTBOUND OKEECHOBEE TO AVOID HEAVIER THAN NORMAL TRAFFIC DELAYS. All drivers heading to downtown West Palm Beach are encouraged to use Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Southern Blvd., or Belvedere Rd. All drivers heading to the Town of Palm Beach are encouraged to use Southern Blvd to the Southern Blvd. bridge. ADDITIONAL WEEKEND CLOSURE: In order to avoid a second Okeechobee Blvd. closure in the future, construction crews building the new Restoration Hardware in the middle of Okeechobee Blvd have agreed to coordinate necessary road work with the All Aboard Florida closure. As a result, eastbound Okeechobee Blvd. between Rosemary Avenue and the All Aboard Florida RR tracks COULD be closed SATURDAY and SUNDAY, May 14th & 15th. If closed, drivers will be detoured at Rosemary Avenue. They can either turn north on Rosemary Ave., or south and circle around the south side of City Place South Tower.

2 The All Aboard Florida closure will begin Friday, May 13th at 8pm and end Tuesday, May 17th at 6pm. All Aboard Florida s number for any questions is: The map below, prepared by the city, hopefully will help you during the closure. Eastbound Okeechobee Boulevard will be open to local traffic only east of Tamarind/Parker. All roads around the PBC Convention Center will remain open during the AAF work. The PBCCC may be accessed via Rosemary Avenue, Sapodilla Avenue or Okeechobee Boulevard. Traffic exiting the PBCCC can access westbound Okeechobee via Rosemary Avenue, Sapodilla Avenue or the CityPlace garage access road just west of the RR tracks. Visitors coming from east of the RR tracks may take Quadrille Boulevard to Hibiscus Street. West on Hibiscus Street to Rosemary Avenue. South on Rosemary Avenue to the PBCCC. 3 ADDITIONAL WEEKEND CLOSURE INFORMATION WEEKEND ONLY In order to avoid a second closure of the street, construction crews building the new Restoration Hardware building in the middle of Okeechobee Blvd have agreed to coordinate necessary road work with the All Aboard Florida closure. As a result, the eastbound side of Okeechobee Blvd between Rosemary Avenue and the RR tracks COULD be closed SATURDAY and SUNDAY, May 14th & 15th. If closed, drivers will be detoured at Rosemary Avenue. They can either turn north on Rosemary Ave, or south and circle around the south side of City Place South Tower. THIS ADDITIONAL CLOSURE WILL ONLY BE OVER THE WEEKEND. = Available traffic routes

4 Coming from the east, heading to downtown West Palm Beach If coming from the Town of Palm Beach, consider using the south bridge. If using the Royal Park Bridge, consider taking Flagler Drive north or south to an alternative route. Westbound Lakeview Avenue traffic will be detoured at Quadrille Boulevard. Drivers headed to the Convention Center, Hilton Hotel, CityPlace, CityPlace Tower or the Kravis Center can take Quadrille Blvd to either Hibiscus Street or Gardenia Street and head south on Rosemary Avenue. Drivers heading to I-95 may want to use either Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, Belvedere Road or Southern Boulevard. Banyan Boulevard is expected to have extraordinarily high traffic. Access to eastbound Okeechobee Blvd from Australian Avenue WILL BE CLOSED.

5 Coming from the west, heading to downtown West Palm Beach Avoid using Okeechobee Boulevard to access downtown West Palm Beach. Consider using Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, Southern Boulevard or Belvedere Road to travel eastbound. Eastbound Okeechobee Boulevard traffic will be detoured at Tamarind/Parker Ave (the TriRail tracks). Only LOCAL TRAFFIC heading to the Convention Center, Hilton Hotel, CityPlace, the CityPlace garage, CityPlace Tower or the Kravis Center should continue east on Okeechobee Boulevard from Tamarind/Parker Avenue. Traffic heading to the Town of Palm Beach should avoid Okeechobee Blvd. Consider Southern Boulevard & the south bridge. Traffic heading to downtown West Palm Beach will be detoured onto Tamarind/Parker Avenues for alternative routes. Consider Fern Street or Clematis Street. Banyan Boulevard is expected to have extraordinarily high traffic due to drivers coming from Australian Avenue. Access to eastbound Okeechobee Blvd from Australian Avenue WILL BE CLOSED. I-95 drivers heading to downtown West Palm Beach should exit at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, Southern Blvd, or Belvedere Road.
