1 2017 Convention - MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS & MAPS Tuesday, January 3rd and Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 between 8am and 5pm IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING A VEHICLE TO THE LOADING DOCK (because you have a booth in a box or you have a shipper picking up your booth), please arrive at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S. Griffin Street, Dallas, TX, Go to Lobby D, registration desk to receive your exhibitor packet and pass to get into the exhibit hall and to your booth area. ALL EXHIBITORS WHO WILL NEED TO BRING A VEHICLE INSIDE THE HALL OR TO A LOADING DOCK will need to go to Lot E, 500 Memorial Drive, Dallas, TX See page 3 for driving directions to Lot E (Marshalling Yard) EXHIBITORS WITH FUELED VEHICLES TO BE DISPLAYED IN BOOTH ATTENTION See page 2 for detailed instructions. MUST BE AT LOT E BY 1PM, TUESDAY, JANUARY 3, 2017 TO BE CLEARED INTO THE BUILDING BY FREEMAN/FIRE MARSHAL. Please arrive by 1pm to be released into the dock area. ALL EXHIBITORS WITHOUT FUELED VEHICLES - ARRIVE AT LOT E, Tuesday or Wednesday, between 8am and 5pm. Once you arrive, you will check in and get assigned a load-in pass and will be released to drive to the dock pull-in area for unload. DO NOT MOVE UNTIL DIRECTED. Do not leave your vehicle unattended. AT THE DOCK PULL-IN AREA, you will be directed by Freeman and/or DSC volunteers on where to park your vehicle for unload. There will be flat bed carts and volunteers available to assist you to your booth. Once your items are in the booth, please return to your vehicle and go back to Lot E for secure parking. There will be a shuttle to return you to your booth area so you can set up. 1 P a g e

2 2017 Exhibitors Fueled Vehicles Displayed in Booth Special Instructions Exhibitors with Fueled Vehicles to be displayed in Booth: These are special instructions! All fueled vehicles MUST be cleared into the convention hall by the Fire Marshall. The Fire Marshal will be available on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 1pm**! Please arrive at Lot E By 1 PM. ** if you arrive outside of this time there will be a fee of $ to have the Fire Marshal return to clear your vehicle. ** Prior to arrival, please make sure the following criteria are met on your vehicle. Otherwise you will not be cleared into the building. There must be no more than 5 gallons of fuel in the vehicle tank. Once vehicle is in place: o the fuel tanks must be locked and sealed. o the battery cables must be disconnected. o the ignition keys must be removed and located somewhere within the booth, not inside the vehicle. Please note for fueled vehicle exhibitors, follow instructions on page 1 for moving all items except your vehicle into the booth area. Thanks so much. See you there! 2 P a g e

Exit Lot E at the Northeast corner and head northeast (right) on Memorial Dr, crossing Hotel St 2. Go underneath the convention center and take a right at the 1st light, onto S Lamar St (watch for the train tracks) 3.
